The new modern floor plan features open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas on the first floor that are framed by a wall of glass windows and French doors that open out to a bluestone patio for outdoor entertaining. The nicely styled space has white beamed ceilings with v-groove throughout. The Living Area has two sofas and chairs with a large screen TV.
