Equipped with stylish, comfortable furnishings, in-suite laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need. Plus, those gorgeous exposed brick and stone walls- you can’t get more “charming downtown loft” vibes than that!

We make it easy. Kitchen has what you need to cook a nice meal- but why?! There’s 10+ amazing restaurants within a block. Coffee is here, games are here, even some stuff to occupy the kids. Just show up & enjoy!

This is a great location near shops and restaurants. However, the street noise is very loud at night until 2 a.m. even with earplugs. The Keurig really needs to be cleaned. If you do not want tap water, you’ll need to bring bottled water. I’d say the place is relatively clean.

Overall, we loved the place. It has a great downtown vibe but of course that comes with some late night noise. We didn’t mind as we liked being close to everything Lawrence has to offer. We would definitely stay there again

This apartment is very spacious and has all of the items you'd need to cook in the large kitchen. The location is unbeatable! The bedrooms overlook the street so it can get pretty loud. The host provides white noise machines in the rooms, which help.

Cozy, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated!!

My 18 year old son and I stayed 2 nights for KU freshman orientation. Close to campus and right in the heart of Mass Street shops and restaurants. It was perfect!

Perfect Location!

Great Mass Street stay

We came to Lawrence for the Kansas Brew Fest. The place was in an excellent location for walking around downtown Lawrence! Very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Great location

If you know Lawrence, you already know what a fun location this is for food and enjoying downtown. If you don't know Lawrence, be prepared for some night time noises. We didn't mind the noise, didn't keep us up and mostly made us jealous we couldn't join!
