This 2 bed apartment sleeps 4-6 and is in the heart of downtown! Perfect for couples, families or small group- you can even book a quiet suite escape for one. Equipped with stylish, comfortable furnishings, in-suite laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll have everything you need. Plus, those gorgeous exposed brick and stone walls- you can’t get more “charming downtown loft” vibes than that!

We make it easy. Kitchen has what you need to cook a nice meal- but why?! There’s 10+ amazing restaurants within a block. Coffee is here, games are here, even some stuff to occupy the kids. Just show up & enjoy!

This apartment is very spacious and has all of the items you'd need to cook in the large kitchen. The location is unbeatable! The bedrooms overlook the street so it can get pretty loud. The host provides white noise machines in the rooms, which help.

Overall, we loved the place. It has a great downtown vibe but of course that comes with some late night noise. We didn’t mind as we liked being close to everything Lawrence has to offer. We would definitely stay there again

Cozy, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated!!

My 18 year old son and I stayed 2 nights for KU freshman orientation. Close to campus and right in the heart of Mass Street shops and restaurants. It was perfect!

GREAT location! My band was on tour and had a show in Lawerence. Looked for a VRBO and found this gem only 2 blocks from the bar we were playing at. Spent the day walking up and down Massachusetts St. We found lots of cool shops, the best coffee/bakery place directly downstairs and an unreal restaurant where we indulged in all the food including pie. Perfect place. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. We would love to go back to Lawrence and would definitely pick this place again if available.

Great location

If you know Lawrence, you already know what a fun location this is for food and enjoying downtown. If you don't know Lawrence, be prepared for some night time noises. We didn't mind the noise, didn't keep us up and mostly made us jealous we couldn't join!

Perfect Location!

A Location

Property was sufficient for what we needed. Family of 3, enough room and things available to make a comfy stay. The beauty in this place is the location. I dont think you could ask for a better spot in town. Park the car and walk everywhere you could want to go. Great food, shops, entertainment are mere steps away. Will be back

Great Mass Street stay

We came to Lawrence for the Kansas Brew Fest. The place was in an excellent location for walking around downtown Lawrence! Very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.
