Hi, I’m Jenni, and I’m so glad you’re considering a stay at one of our Siesta Key homes! My family splits time between Minnesota and Siesta Key, Florida, where we’ve created a small collection of thoughtfully designed vacation homes that blend comfort, style, and a touch of boutique-hotel luxury.

As a designer and host, I love creating spaces that feel welcoming and relaxed — places where families and friends can truly slow down and connect. Each home is designed with intention, from the layout to the linens, to make your stay effortless and memorable.

When I’m not designing or hosting, I love time by the water, exploring local food spots, and collecting inspiration for future projects. Our goal is simple — that you feel at home the moment you walk through the door.

We fell in love with Siesta Key for its easygoing charm and incredible natural beauty. This neighborhood sits right between the Grand Canal and Siesta Beach, giving guests the best of both worlds — peaceful waterfront living and quick access to the island’s lively village scene.

We love that you can walk or bike everywhere — from morning coffee and boutique shops in Siesta Village to sunset strolls on the white quartz sand of Siesta Beach, voted the #1 beach in America. The community has a friendly, small-town feel where everyone waves hello, yet it’s just minutes from Sarasota’s art, dining, and culture.

There’s something special about waking up to canal views, spending the day on the water, and ending it with a beach sunset — it’s everything we love about island life.

The Boat House is a true Siesta Key classic — a waterfront home that perfectly blends Old Florida charm with boutique-style comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to feel warm, relaxed, and beautifully livable, from the five king bedrooms (each with its own character and view) to the chef’s kitchen, heated screened-in pool, and private dock right on the Grand Canal.

Unlike most vacation rentals, this home offers the space and flow of a private resort while still feeling personal and inviting. Guests love that they can fish or paddle right from the backyard, then walk or bike to Siesta Beach and Village within minutes.
