Outside, you’ll find hot tub to enjoy all year, playground & gas firepit. Enjoy a 2 minute walk to the marina. Although shops & restaurants are only a 7 minute walk, the area feels peaceful & secluded but close to everything.

Nate & Sarah own the property and have lived in Sackets Harbor for three years with our amazing children that are ~3 and 1. We value travel and spend ~ 3 months/year away and would love for other families to enjoy our unique home while we're gone.

109 Bayview is located within a large historic green space at the end of a cul-de-sac giving the impression of seclusion while being a short walk to the village, marinas, walking trails and everything Sackets Harbor has to offer. The home is incredibly kid-friendly due to our little ones with gates on the open stairs, netting for safety, a wonderful playset out back, and too many toys to count. Cribs, pack and plays, and anything else you could need are readily accessible.

Beautiful sunsets from the natural gas firepit out front, Jacuzzi hot tub with easy cover lift system for those cold nights, a dual-sided gas fireplace in the living room to easily flip on to make it especially cozey. Master bathroom upgraded with dual vanity. Pets welcome with approval and pet fee.
