Deer Valley East / Jordanelle Townhouse - Private Attached Garage
This well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse is an end-unit offering amazing views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private 2+ car garage with a flat driveway for easy access. Less than a mile from Deer Valley East Village and the Jordanelle Reservoir/State Park, it is a convenient location for both winter and summer activities.
The two story townhouse has an open floorplan on the first floor with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The kitchen opens up to the large family/dining area with views of Deer Valley. The well equipped kitchen has everything the cook in your group will need.
On the second floor there is a primary king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional queen bedrooms with a full bath down the hall. A loft space at the top of the stairs is furnished as a work area with ample space and views that will make those necessary vacation con-calls a little less stressful.
The unit has its own 2 car garage which is extra deep to fit your boat after coming off the Jordanelle. It has hiking and snow shoe trails around the Jordanelle Reservoir State Park right out the front door. Restaurants/bars/shops in Park City and surrounding area are within 5-10 miles, with ride share options fully available.
This townhouse is owned and hosted by a couple of generous DINKs who like really nice things and want to share the experience with those who appreciate nice things too. It is our personal ski/golf spot, so it is designed as a home with high quality furniture, and not an investment rental property hosted by a management company. There is a difference - just check out our reviews on all sites!
The townhouse is one of the first 8 units in Stillwater to be built and is on an established street with mature landscaping. But please note that The Deer Valley East Village and the Jordanelle/Mayflower neighborhoods are experiencing explosive growth, so there is development in the area.

Great Stay!

Beautiful Townhouse Close to DV Gondola and New East Village
The property is lovely and maintained like a real home, not a rental. Most places we have rented have cheap foam pillows, scratchy sheets, mis-matched glassware and towels, etc. This home has soft sheets, comfortable beds, nice towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The owner was responsive and reached out to make sure we had no issues during our stay. The private garage is big and makes it easy to come and go. The house is less than a 5-minute drive from Jordanelle gondola and the new East Village of Deer Valley, plus and easy drive into Heber and Midway for tubing, restaurants, etc. It's a great rental for a family ski vacation - super comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Best Rental ever!
We loved this place. Everything was great from the furniture to the accessories. Very light and beautiful unit on a corner with a 3 car size garage. Loved this place and the extras provided were amazing. Even chocolates and cookies awaited us. 5 Star!
