From timely and helpful communications to keyless entry, every detail is designed to enhance your experience. Upon arrival, your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for your enjoyment, complete with an initial setup of essentials such as shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens. Access the guest portal for a wealth of information, including home details, local suggestions, and Wi-Fi access, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation
At The Mason at Stillwater 3070, we understand that pets are family too. Our dog-friendly policy allows you to bring your four-legged companion along for the adventure. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please request inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive written approval prior to your arrival. One dog maximum. Some restrictions and fees apply, ensuring a harmonious experience for everyone involved.

Dog/EMS: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.

The property was nice. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the lodge had everything we needed. We were able to cook and when we were out everything was about 20 minutes from the lodge

What a great spot! The location was perfect. Condo had everything we needed. The hot tubs and views were incredible.

Great location in Heber

The stay was great except we didn't have hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. With 7 people this was very inconvenient to say the least. They were in no rush to get a plumber out to fix the issue. Should of been fixed asap. Hopefully they will make sure everything works before anyone stays there. It really is a great place to stay and location is perfect.

Great Space for Family

My two boys and I had a great time at Stillwater. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed walks in the area. The whole family played ping pong and played pool in the game room and the boys loved swimming, as well. I was able to use the kitchen to cook a simple family dinner and we all ate on the balcony enjoying the weather. The boys loved having their own space that felt separate from their parents. :-) Moose Management was incredibly communicative and responded quickly when I had a question. Highly recommend!

They hide information in the very bottom of the listing in the fine print

House listing says sleeps 9 and living room had a queen bed. It’s not until you scroll to the VERY bottom fine print that it says it’s an air mattress and then it wasn’t until I reached out that they informed me the air mattress was outside of the unit in a hallway. The same thing happened with construction at the whole property. I chose a lake view property and my windows and sliding doors to the balcony were tapped up from being painted. There were workers ON the balcony one of the days so we couldn’t even really go out there. And when I confronted the property about it they sent the listing where (again) the very bottom fine print it says the property is renovating. Half the property was fully under construction. I completely understand that it is my responsibility to read the fine print and all of the information. But I believe it was the property managements responsibility to accurately describe the property and what may happen to have issues with it. And to be kind and understanding when I reach out because im upset that it’s 10pm and I traveled all day and my son is now sleeping on a couch because they didn’t accurately describe it, which they were not!

We had a challenging experience hosting this guest. Unfortunately, it seemed that they did not thoroughly read the listing description or the provided instructions, which are clearly outlined to ensure a smooth stay. As a result, they expressed dissatisfaction with aspects of their visit that were clearly communicated upfront, such as the ongoing construction at the building. Despite our efforts to clarify and assist, the guest resorted to threatening communication, including the promise of negative reviews and social media posts. We value transparency and strive to provide all necessary information to our guests, as evidenced by the positive feedback from previous guests who had read the details and enjoyed their stay. We hope this guest finds future accommodations that better align with their expectations and encourage all guests to review property details thoroughly to avoid misunderstandings.
