Summary:
Music joins us and is the key element in this 3 bedroom 2.5 baths home with smart TVs in every room. The open floor plan allows for families to come together, but also gives each family member their own space to wind down. You also have bluetooth speakers and a BBQ grill in a wonderful garden in case you want to keep everyone together on the patio.

The Space:
The house is made up of two levels, downstairs you will find the living room with its own Smart TV and a pullout bed, the kitchen and breakfast nook, and the formal dining room along with a powder room. You also have your private 2 car garage and a fully fenced garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms, the master with a King size bed and pack n play in the closet and its own bathroom with both a stand-up shower and a separate tub, a secondary bathroom with a tub, the secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 3 singles (bunk bed and a trundle) where 3 adults can sleep comfortably.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to every area of the house.

The Neighborhood:
Flower Mound is considered one of the safest towns in America and with good reason. Besides the tranquility of the listing you are only 15 minutes away from DFW airport and 25 min away from downtown Dallas. You are also very close to Lewisville lake.28 minutes away from Globe Life Field. 27 minutes away from American Airlines Center, 30 Minutes away From Downtown Dallas, 27 Minutes away from AT&T Stadium and Love Field Airport.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended, which you can park in your own private garage. However, car services like Uber are also readily available.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone from my team or I are always available, but we prefer our guests to have their own space. So, all instructions are sent out through the messaging platform and a self-check in provides no need to interact with us if you prefer not to.

No Smoking: A fine of $250 will be charged for any violation to cover additional cleaning, deodorization, and remediation.

The host was welcoming. He always responded within a short amount of time if I had questions. The house, however, was not very clean and did not have certain amenities that were listed, no extra towels in the linen closets and no laundry detergent. (There was dog detergent in the laundery room.) The grill was a mess if we had wanted to use it.Regarding the cleanliness...there were several packages of new air filters but it looked like they hadn't replaced the upstairs filter in a very long time! It was filthy.(I have a picture if you want it.) The vents also needed a good cleaning as the dust was caked on. Not very good for breathing. Also we saw many spider webs in the bathrooms and around the house. That tells me that it was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Maybe consider a new cleaning service?? The grill was a mess if we had wanted to use it.The queen bed in the second bedroom up front was very wobbly. It needed to be tightened.Location was good and very quiet. All in all we had a good experience but could definitely be improved. I hope you take this into consideration for future rentals.

House was as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We did have some quirky issues to overcome but host did respond and assist which we appreciated. This house was very well maintained but have to say many others were not. Nice little park nearby to walk our dog as well as yard.

nice pack and play and booster seat for meals for infant was a draw to the listing. Did have cockroaches all over garage but none found inside house, thankfully. garbage disposal not working adding to a funky smell in kitchen. shower door didn't seal so water did leak onto tiles floor often.

Home base while visiting family

Stayed here while visiting family in town. Home was dated, but clean. The primary shower is very small - you cannot bend over it’s so narrow. Some of the furniture needed to be significantly tightened (living room couch, bunk beds). Watch the check in process - there is an addition process you have to go through that requires additional ID that I found cumbersome and unnecessary.

OK Place to Stay

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and had to wait for 30 min while the cleaning people were still cleaning. There is very little in the kitchen, so don't plan on cooking while you're there. The place was relatively clean; however, it needs to be deep cleaned. There is mold and mildew around the tub and showers. There are stains on the carpet and on the shower curtain. I don't think we'd choose to stay here again.

convenient and clean

The house was easy to book, the owner was very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had needed items. The downside would be the living room furniture is very low grade and not at all comfortable and the kitchen table is a tiny glass table and not much use for more than 2 people. If you are not spending much time in the house then it's a decent place to stay and sleep.

Comfortable and Convenient Location

This home was excellent for our stay. We were immediately comfortable and felt right at home. The location allowed us to reach our planned events and flights easily. We also enjoyed making dinner and movie night. We appreciated the little touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everyone was comfortable for our stay.

Great location

The house is 20 mins from DFW airport and 10 mins from Grapevine Mills. Communication with property owner was excellent.

Just as Promised

The home is great! It's just like the pictures and the yard is super cute. There were a total of five of us staying and everyone was impressed with the home. Everything we needed was there, such as coffee pot, glasses and silverware. We didn't cook as it was a short weekend for a wedding and we were at other family homes and out for dinner. The beds are comfy! The bathroom towels large and soft. Super easy getting in and out of the home with the autolock and also had use of the garage for parking. I still gave a 5 star review because we had zero issues. For me the only personal pet peeve I have, it took the water in the master shower forever, a good 3-4 minutes maybe longer, to get warm and never really got "hot". Also, the home backing up to a major street, the traffic noise when trying to sleep in the morning woke me up. It was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay at this home again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a weekend get away in the Dallas area.

Good for family stay

The house was spacious and as described in a convenient location. There were a few minor items needing repair, but such is the case with most homes and the host was very responsive. I most appreciated the kitchen and great master closet space. Perfect for our family and pet stay while our home was being remodeled.
