Luxurious 5-bedroom house for a relaxing vacation, enjoying the warm weather of Miami. In this space you can enjoy a spacious heated pool and Jacuzzi with umbrellas, loungers and tables to enjoy a snack. All decorated with great taste and care in each of the rooms. In addition, for those who enjoy sports, we have a basketball court. The perfect space for your family and friends. We are available 24 hours for any inquiries

Beautiful vacation spot

My family and I spent an entire week in the Miami area, and we could not be more pleased with this property. It was perfect for our family of five. Spacious living areas, wonderful, pool/hot tub, and basketball court and pool table were ideal for my boys. We highly recommend this property!

First vacation

Everything was very nice, the property included everything we could possibly need, we went and got toilet paper and playing cards only to find out they were stocked already. The hot tub never worked and the commute to Miami was lengthy overall it was a good experience and I recommend using this site again.

I’d like to clarify a few details regarding your review. Your frustration began because your group of friends was unable to make it to the reservation. You asked us to cancel and provide a full refund; however, according to VRBO’s policies, this was no longer possible. First, I want to emphasize that at this time, there was no animal hair or animals on the property. Secondly, we have our own cleaning team that ensures the house is left in perfect condition before each guest’s arrival. When you arrived at our home, you mentioned a few concerns about the house. Fortunately, our supervisor was nearby and thoroughly inspected the property but did not find any of the issues you mentioned. Still, we offered to have our cleaning staff return to clean the house again to make you feel more comfortable, but you declined. You also involved VRBO, and after presenting our evidence, VRBO sided with us and did not approve the refund you were requesting. For us, open dialogue and communication with our guests is very important, as we have a team available 24/7 to resolve any issues. Our goal is to offer the best possible experience, and we regret that this was not the case for you this time. If you decide to give us another chance in the future, we would be happy to welcome you again and ensure that your experience is much more satisfactory. We've stayed in many five star properties, this was not one of them. We arrived late at night and noticed strong artificial fragrances from multiple plug-in air fresheners, as well as an ozone generator running in the living room. The next morning, it became apparent that these were likely being used to mask lingering odors of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Many items in the home, including pillows, bedsheets, and towels also carried a noticeable smoky smell. I notified the host and they only assistance offered was more air fresheners.The furniture throughout the rental appeared heavily worn and second hand. For example, the dresser in the master bedroom had visible cigarette burns, and the living room couch was uncomfortable to sit on.Once we began settling in for our week-long stay, we found that each closet contained only three wire hangers, which made it difficult to hang our clothing. Basic supplies, such as facial tissues, were not provided, so we purchased our own. We also planned to use the outdoor grill, but it did not ignite on its own and there was no lighter available. Additionally, the kitchen did not include dish soap, requiring another trip to the store.In the master bathroom, several maintenance issues were noticeable: a broken toilet paper holder, a rusted mirror, a bathroom light that flickered and did not operate consistently, and no place to hang a towel.The most significant issue occurred a couple of days into our stay. Beware!!!!!

As I was driving up to the property at 4:40 the cleaning crew was pulling off the property staring into our car as if we were doing something wrong. The house was nice however a lot of malfunctioning appliances. The host changed every time I called which was pretty annoying because it wasnt a main contact. The master bathroom toilet did not work so my husband and i were forced to use a different bathroom with our guest. A lot of damaged and broken furniture that they said we broke. When I asked for clearer images they never submitted it but went through the insurance and submitted a claim. The pool was a total nightmare!!!! It was dirty full of leaves merky water and the vacuum they ask you not to move is broken. It makes it hard to swim because there is a huge 10ft filter hose that just sits across the pool doing absolutely nothing. They ask you not to move or else you will be charged. The device does not function as the pool was nasty. It was 97 degrees in Florida and our guest was skeptical about swimming in the pool. We had to physically go into a dirty pool to clean out the leaves and bugs that the vaccum was supposed to do. They were not accommodating to a late checkout although the cleaning crew was there at my check-in time and the cleaning crew was on property before we checked out and what really pissed me off is when they accused us of damaging a chair without proof!!!!!! Beware!!!!!

We were surprised by your comments, as our team worked to leave the house in excellent condition for you on the same day. For this reason, we always encourage our guests to inform us of any inconveniences they may have, as we pride ourselves on having staff available 24/7. We believe your frustration began when you requested a late check-out at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate this request, as we had new guests arriving at 4 p.m., and our team needed to ensure the house was ready for them. Regarding the claim, we initially asked you about the damage, but you only responded after we submitted the documentation to VRBO. We always strive to provide the best experience for our guests and take all feedback seriously. We understand that not every stay is perfect, but we do our best to address any concerns promptly.
