We invite you, your friends, and your family here to enjoy a blissful San Diego vacation in this beautiful 3-story townhome! Located in the heart of Mission Beach and within the new developmental community of Bayside Cove, this home checks every box when looking for an ideal home-away-from-home. Its upgraded appliances are complemented by beachy, modern decor and fine furnishings. The spacious living room opens up to an extended balcony complete with an outdoor dining set (not pictured) and a barbecue to host and entertain for all. Just a block from the Bay and a few blocks from the Beach, you'll enjoy long days outside with excitement to come home and cozy up on the sofa and cook up your favorite home cooked meal.

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
