Located just a short walk across the bridge to downtown Minocqua, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment every night of the week. Perfect for a short weekend getaway or a lengthy vacation in the Northwoods, this condo offers it all. The spacious unit boasts plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open concept living/kitchen area. Additional features include a lakeside patio, shared firepit, gas fireplace, master bath en suite with whirlpool tub, laundry and an attached garage parking spot. Take in 170’ of shared frontage on the Minocqua Chain (offering almost 6,000 acres of lakes explore) for all season enjoyment! Make memories that will last a life time as there is plenty to do in the “Island City” all year round - boating, swimming, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, skiing and so much more! Your charming, yet comfortable Northwoods get-away awaits you! No minimum night stays in the shoulder seasons! (Although no minimum night stays, bookings are held to 1 renter per week). Dock available most weeks.

Thanksgiving stay

This condo was a perfect place to stay while visiting with family for the holiday. Host was gracious and let us check in early. The condo was well equipped, clean, and a great location for us. The only little issue was the front door did not unlock from the outside, but we used the garage entry instead. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lakeside retreat also close to town

Great access to everything in town and peaceful on the lake. Would be great to bring a boat to and use the dock slip too.

Great location to downtown Minocqua

Enjoyed this condo and location…was easy to get to downtown Minocqua…well appointed condo…parking was great except for the one night a Yacht club guest used our spot…Garage is small if your bigger than a Chevy blazer (new style) you will need to use outside parking but our son was able to use the garage for his blazer..great communication with condo owners.

Minocqua Weekend

The property was absolutely perfect. Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only downside for us was the parking lot of a very popular bar restaurant was between the deck and the lake. Some might think the bar restaurant so close would be a plus. Walking distance to downtown was very convenient. We would come back to this property.

Requesting Partial Refund

The back patio had mulitiple shattered bottles and the property management group was unwilling to fix so we did it. Then the pictures of the back patio are not accurate at all. There is a very large and loud bar/restaurant that these pictures do not in any way show. This is complete bait and switch. Then the lock to the front door wasn't working and we need to enter and exit the property via the garage door. Minocqua is beautiful but I feel misled by this property and its listing on VRBO.

Well appointed, modern condo with view of Lake Minocqua

We enjoyed the view of the lake and the location in Minocqua with the convenience of being in town. The condo is very nice with three bedrooms upstairs and plenty of space on the main floor with kitchen, dining and family room. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Super fun area. Great house for family to share right on the lake! Garage space is VERY tight, mini van barely fit! Floors were missed by cleaning crew but Brian was responsive & took care of it quickly! Overall great stay!

We had our own boat and it would have been nice to get more boating info Example where park a boat trailer and more signs in the parking lot about no boat trailer parking or no place to turn around in the condo parking lot I did ask our host about a dock for our boat so he knew we were bringing our boat

Lovely condo in great location on lake

This condo was clean, spacious, with great views of Minocqua lake. Comfortable, close to town. We definitely would rent it again.
