The lovely main room at Serendipity provides an inviting gathering place. The open layout features a fully-stocked modern kitchen and a comfortable seating area with wicker furnishings. Each of the spacious three bedrooms offers privacy for guests with stunning views looking out on the sparkling blue sea and surrounding islands.

Serendipity villa’s wrap-around deck offers endless possibilities for sunning, reading, relaxing, and dining alfresco. Spend the day in your pool and private patio in the garden overlooking Leverick Bay. The stairway down from the deck brings you to a large sheltered beachfront patio with a stone barbecue, perfect for taking in the sunset or watching the pelicans dive for their dinner just offshore. A private dock outfitted with whips and a ladder is ready for a motorboat or day sailor.
