The Space
Encapsulated by nature, you’ll love the beautiful surroundings 90 Highland boasts. As you make your way to your unit, you can enjoy nearby surface parking while you unload your ski gear. Step inside the foyer, and you’ll notice a separate room for your recycling and laundry before it splits into two spacious units. The first unit has a large condo appeal, with an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. You can enjoy a breath of fresh air on the large back deck that gives you a view of the pathway behind your unit. The second bachelor suite features a kitchenette, couch, 2-person dining set, bed, and 3-piece bath. For families with kids that want their own space or friends that want to ease into slow mornings, this double unit is the perfect solution for a stay in the Horseshoe Valley area.
Kitchen
Leave the cutlery at home - your units are fully stocked with everything you need. You just have to bring the food! Complimentary coffee, bakeware, and coffee pots are provided in both units. The larger unit contains a full kitchen complete with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized fridge. You can enjoy breakfast together at the dining table with views of the surrounding nature through the back windows. The smaller unit is perfect for leisurely mornings, as it comes complete with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge for anything you need. It also features a two-person dining set for convenience.
Living Room
The larger unit has a spacious living room complete with a TV, gas fireplace, and brick feature wall. It leads out to the back deck, where you can enjoy a moment under the stars in the quiet evening. The smaller unit has a comfortable couch and TV for your entertainment and your own deck that faces the parking lot.
Bedroom
The larger unit contains a spacious primary bedroom with a comfortable King bed with its own TV to unwind at the end of the night. It leads into the bathroom with a separate jacuzzi soaker tub and double vanity that can be closed off from the rest of the bathroom, making it functional to have a relaxing bath in the evening while still allowing bathroom access to kids and guests. The rest of the bathroom contains the shower, vanity, and facilities. The smaller unit features a comfortable King bed in the bachelor layout with a private 3-piece ensuite.
Other things to note
Kindly note, this is a remote unit from our main operation. As such, our Guest Services team is not always readily available for deliveries and visits with requested items or for onsite assistance. Guest requests will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
