A beautiful family friendly home is in a quaint neighborhood on a secluded 1 acre lot in Trenton, GA! This spacious 4 bed/2.5 bath home features a blend of modern and coastal décor and sleeps 13 people! The large backyard will be a highly frequented space during your stay, as it includes a grill with ample patio seating, a large dining table, a huge handmade Adirondack chair, a fire pit and a Hot Tub! Inside you can enjoy the two living spaces and all the board games this property provides.

We enjoyed our Pre-Thanksgiving family reunion stay! Bedrooms were clean, cheery, comfortable for all. The couch/great room accommodated 11 of us comfortably. Liked the hot tub and kids liked PacMan.

This was a very nice home to stay in there were just a few things that we weren't too fond of and want to be honest in hopes that other families will read the review and it will help them better prepare for their stay. Positives - AC, beds were comfy, Hot tub, Hot water & water pressure kept up with the family needs Things to improve on:This does seem more like a home that is just rented and nobody actually goes to see how the upkeep is- Grill grease fire needs DEEP CLEANED - The stove top & oven seem to need updating, they were not working properly - Apparently we were supposed to receive rules and information 3 days prior, we did not, I had to reach out as we were in the driveway trying to figure out how to enter the home- We were allowed one towel & one wash cloth per person & one dish rag per our stay - there is a washer and dryer but I'm not trying to do laundry every day personally (yes we are aware this is not a hotel, but a heads up would be nice and we could pack some towels)- The baby gate (which was pretty broken) but kept the baby off the stairs- The "play area" is at the top of the stairs and there is no gate at the top, only the bottom - There are a lot of little things that were broken & could easily be repaired - Knowing that we were bringing a baby, it would have been nice to have the cleaning crew at least wipe the highchair free of crumbs & spider eggs -- cleaning fees?- Lots of cobwebs in the home

Well worth it!!

This property was perfect for us. The hot tub is super nice. Having a garage was very handy. We will def be back. Close to all the things we came to Chattanooga to do.

Very nice place

Very nice home. Clean and plenty of room. A little road noise at night but not terrible. Would be nice to have local info and pen and paper. A step stool for getting in and out of hot tub also would be helpful.

Highly Recommend

Very comfortable and well-appointed home and property. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, space to spread out yet feel together, available entertainment, and neighborhood to walk in. This home is big enough for a group but also comfortable for a couple and their dog. Property management very quick to respond to questions. Will consider this house for future trips to the Trenton area.

Family Spring Break

Our kids loved the house! The rooms were perfect for them with multiple beds, and they loved having their upstairs play room. It was a little bit of a drive to get anywhere, and was pretty loud (as described) at night. But we enjoyed it overall

House and location accommodated our needs perfectly. Great deck space and yard size for our dog. Beds and furniture were comfy. Was just right for our large group of 10.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Plenty of space for our big family and additional friends. Variety of games for all ages, comfortable accommodations, nice outside entertainment area. The Big Chair was a huge hit for all. Nice neighborhood with interesting local history. Brianna was pleasant to deal with and easily available for any questions and concerns.

Very Welcoming

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The basketball hoop outside added a good touch, which the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Celebration

We rented this property to attend our son's graduation from SLTC in Trenton. This was very close to the school but also gave a mountain getaway excursion for the Family. Property was clean, spacious and perfect. Close to Lookout Mountain and easy to get to Chatanooga with a very scenic view. Would definitely return in future. Only suggestion would be a wall clock for the older generation that isn't phone dependent. Also a chair in the bedrooms for older people to sit and put on shoes who can't sit on the higher bed to do so. The ice maker should be fixed. Trays aren't feasible for the number of people this home accommodates.

Beautiful, spacious and clean!

We loved staying at this lovely property! It truly felt like home. Our daughter got married at Oakleaf Cottage and this house was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the venue and a large home with spacious rooms for our family. The beds were impeccable and comfortable. Very clean home throughout. Loved the back patio for coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pet friendly - we brought our little Havanese and he felt right at home. We would definitely rent from this group again! Thank you so much for this wonderful, memorable addition to our wedding weekend!

Trenton stay

The home was very clean, well decorated, quite large with lots of sleeping space, and had all of the kitchen tools you could need. There were other nice touches such as a fire pit, a nice deck with patio furniture, USB outlets, luggage racks, and a smart tv. There is quite a bit of road noise as the house is next to a major highway and there is also a train further off in the distance. The road noise did keep me up at night, so it’s just something to be aware of if you are a lighter sleeper like me. The three stars I gave for neighborhood and accuracy of online listing is due to the road noise. I felt plenty safe in the house and neighborhood even with the highway right there. The town of Trenton is very small. It has a couple of grocery stores, fast food restaurants, gas stations, a local cute coffee shop but not much else to offer. So if you are looking for a town to stroll around Trenton is not it. But if you are looking for a base camp for a large family within 30 minutes of Chattanooga and just down the road from Cloudland State Park then this house would be great for you.

Perfect for large families

We were in town for a family wedding at Oakleaf Cottage and this location was perfect. The house accommodated all of us and we had everything we needed! Everyone slept great and the kitchen was well stocked! We loved all of the meyers soap and cleaning products! ;) The beautiful new washer/dryer was an added bonus! We loved the backyard, deck, fire pit and camp chairs to accommodate our group! We will most certainly stay again if we’re in town :) thanks again for everything!

Great place for family

This was a wonderful spacious stay for our multigenerational family vacation. The home was very clean and the space for everyone to stay was great. The “kids” teenager/young adult had room upstairs to veg out with their own tv. But it was the kitchen that was truly outstanding. The amount of and high quality of cookwear/drink wear I have never seen before in a stay. We had a great time!!
