In the heart of La Quinta, this clean and well-appointed Villa has a master bedroom suite, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and in unit washer-dryer. The best location in Legacy Villas Resort overlooking a quiet lap pool yet just steps from the main pool and cabana area, complimentary fitness center and seasonal café. 20 public level 2 EV chargers are available.

Well-appointed second floor 1BR Villa with equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with queen sized Crate and Barrel leather sofa sleeper. Speedy wireless internet, cable TV and smart TV’s in every room.

Legacy Villas Resort is a guard-gated community with 24 hour security and boasts 12 pools onsite, well-equipped complimentary fitness center, peaceful walking paths, BBQ area, outdoor dining areas a cozy outdoor fireplace area and lovely hammock garden.

Take the short walk to the infamous La Quinta Resort and Spa next door, hop in the car to reach Old Town and everything in La Quinta in minutes or simply bask in your peaceful glory on the terraces. Relaxing at the Legacy...

Property manager + housekeeper were both very friendly, helpful, kept everything in excellent working condition. A delightful location with wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Mntns.

Great Stay

We have stayed at LegacyVillas before as we love the quiet location of these villas and the proximity to La Quinta resort. John’s place is very comfortable with all you need. It also has a great location (above a quiet pool). Instructions etc. were very clear and precise. Thanks for a great stay, John!

Great condo in lovely complex

In a well maintained complex tucked away in a quiet corner of La Quinta, this condo was perfect for our needs. All amenities were working perfectly. Having a full kitchen was wonderful--we ate out on the balcony several times. Multiple pools to swim in. Comfortable bed and even laundry within unit. Overall, very good and we'll stay again when in the area.

Outstanding Stay

John was a great host, responding quickly to any questions we had. The condo is located in a lovely gated community with a pool, fitness center, small restaurant open during the weekends and hammocks. The condo was comfortable and has a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. This was truly a home away from home. The setting was gorgeous with mountains as the backdrop. We definitely want to return.
