Luxurious Condo with Ocean and City View, 29th Floor

Spacious and modern new condo overlooking the Caribbean Sea and part of the Walled City!
Condo is only 2 blocks away from the beach and the bay path, 5 minutes from the walled city by taxi, and close to the main street - but tucked away on a less busy street so you can enjoy a quiet sleep.
Great for remote workers (desk available upon request), families, or any group of travelers! Access to the pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and private parking.

Please note that only the guests in the Vrbo reservation are allowed in the building. Additional guests/visitors for an hour or two are still NOT allowed as per the condominium policy.

THE SPACE
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with beautiful ocean views. One bedroom has one queen bed, and the other bedroom has two single beds - these two single beds can be made into a queen bed upon request.

The condo also comes with free high speed Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs, air conditioning, hot water, and fans.

We'll provide beach towels, a small cooler, and portable chairs for your day at the beach, as well as table games and ping pong rackets for your entertainment.


GUEST ACCESS
You'll have access to all the amenities in our building. These include the pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and parking. We'll do our best to accommodate different check-in and check-out times while still making sure we have enough time to clean the condo before and after your stay. Pool is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.

Please note that ONLY the guests in the Vrbo reservation are allowed in the building. Additional guests/visitors for an hour or two are still NOT allowed as per the condominium policy.

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the condo, not even on the balcony.

Please let us know if you're bringing a car at least 24h before the check in time. This way we can register it so you can use the parking lot.
