2 Bedroon mobile home on a nice shaded lot in quiet neighborhood (not a subdivision). Close to the beaches, Jacksonville, airport, Jacksonville Zoo, Cumberland Island, GA,
St. Mary’s, GA, St. Simons & Jeckle Islands. Please pick up after your pets. NO PARTIES! Must be 25 to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs

The property was clean and very quiet. It has everything on site for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work for a week and staying here was much more pleasant and less expensive than staying in a local hotel for a week.

The place was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the privacy. If felt like we were in the country, but we were in the town. It was an easy drive to shopping centers and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

As always, staying at Gwen's VRBO is a treat. Quiet, secure neighborhood, property clean, lots of space and amenities, and close to Fernandina Beach, while still maintaining a rural feel, and Gwen could not be friendlier or more welcoming.How much do I like staying here? I have already booked for next year!

Our second time staying here..spacious and fenced in yards. Off the main riad but close to I 95. Clean and well stocked.

Gwen's a great host. This was our third overnight between the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC and Pine Island. The only issue I can think of is the size of the bed.

Beautiful place

My husband and I truly were impressed at how nice the trailer was. Once you walk inside you forget you're in a trailer the hostess had everything that you could possibly need very well stocked very well maintained very very clean. Highly highly recommended.

I’m Gwen Mixon. My husband Ronnie and I grew up here in Nassau County and attended the local schools. So if you have any questions about the area we’d be happy to answer any questions.
We are retired and enjoy looking after our properties and traveling.

We have owned this property for 36 years. Raised our children here pre teenage years and then relocated (in Nassau county) and turned this property into rental properties. Most residents have been here for many years. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
New subdivision across the street with walking/bike trails and a playground at the intersection if you take a right out of driveway (not even 1/2 mile).
