Whether you’re in town for a wedding, to shrimp, catch fish, or simply to take in the unique experience of this lovely coastal town, this charming Georgetown home is in a prime location for it all.
Beautifully furnished with a cozy lowcountry feel! It sits on a quiet street only a few blocks from East Bay Park with amazing views of the Great Pee Dee and Sampit Rivers where you can play tennis, bike, walk or put your boat in the water.
Boutique shopping and quaint restaurants where you can dine on the waterfront along Front Street downtown, are all within walking distance.
The home is newly updated with a full bathroom shared between a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. With a pullout sofa, it sleeps up to six, making it perfect for a family, fishing partners or friends vacationing together. All bedding and towels are provided.

The kitchen is conveniently equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, pots
& pans, cutlery, and cookware, along with access to front loading washer & dryer. Relax outback with bistro set for dining or enjoying the outdoors.

The home also features a flat screen TV, two separate seating areas, & Wi-Fi internet access.

Adorable, clean and great hospitality!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Georgetown! The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. The kitchen appliances were very modern. The house was clean with many creature comforts. The hosts were very gracious and quick to answer. We will absolutely be telling our friends about this place and highly recommend!!!!!

Cozy Cottage Stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is so charming, cozy and comfortable. Modern kitchen and bath (great shower) …washer/dryer was a plus. Hosts were very easy to work with and extremely accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Georgetown's little gem

Great house, perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Super clean, super quiet and very close to the main strip. I recommend to family and friends.

Great stay!

Everything was just as the listing said. In a nice part of town and close to boat ramp. Perfect place to stay for a fishing trip on the coast. The house neat and clean when we arrived. It’s safe to say we’ll be back!

Loved Georgetown Bungalow

This cottage was perfect for us. Super clean, well-appointed with lots of small things in place to make it a great stay. It was very comfortable, quiet in an awesome little neighborhood. Our hosts were responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again, no question.

Wonderful!

This cute little house was perfect for a hide-out! The owners were quick to respond to messages and were willing to provide any help needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and I definitely plan to stay in the future for any Georgetown travels.

Sweet, simple, loved it!

Our hosts were excellent, very clean home, clean property, and everything we needed was there for us! Family friendly neighborhood, quiet, and close enough to attractions for us! This was our first stay using Vrbo and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip, home, and hosts! If you’re looking to stay and this is in your area, I’d go with this one.

Charming Hone! Beautifully Maintained home with designer touches. Perfect getaway to Geogetown.

We were fortunate to find this home to rent on our first visit to Georgetown & Pauley’s Island! The hime is in a quiet tree lined street, only minutes from downtown Georgetown. Host was very responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend this impeccably clean charmer to anyone visiting the area!

Cute, Cosy & Comfortable

This is a cute, cosy and comfortable house/cottage near the water in Georgetown. 1500 characters isn't going to be enough, but here goes! We brought a boat with us. It is an 18 foot bay boat with our Ford F150 - we were able to fit in the lane with a few feet to spare. The hosts let us know there was a faucet to rinse off the boat after our fishing adventures. There is lots of hot water and AC - two VERY important things for me. The kitchen is small, but very functional. The fridge and stove are high end. There is a microwave, and coffee maker as well. Off the kitchen is a washer/dryer - which is handy for emergency laundry needs. (But let's be real who wants to do laundry on vacation? Not me)!!! There is two bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed. The linens and bed are comfy. There is another room with 2, twin sized beds. In addition to that - there is a pull out sofa in the two living areas. The bathroom was updated and there was lots of hot water. PLUS!!! There is a yard, it was too hot for us to sit out, but it's available. There are ceiling fans for comfort and air circulation. It was perfect for a couple, but could easily and comfortably hold 4. There is a sofa bed that you could have 6 - but admittedly 6 adults would make it REALLY cosy.... it was awesome for us. I really have no criticisms. Check in/check out was flawless. Great communication. VERY clean property. Great location. It had everything we wanted/needed. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful home
