Bella Casita-A Quiet Gem Near Wine Country

A gated entrance leads up a tree lined drive to this tranquil estate over looking 2+ acres of fruit trees, grape vines, and grassy vistas. A beautiful pool sits between the casita and the owners home and is unfenced and not suitable for very young children. This quiet country environment is near the Santa Margarita river for hiking and mountain biking as well as Temecula Valley’s wine region and Old Town for shopping, dining and entertainment. San Diego's world class attractions are about an hour away. Bella Casita is nearly 1000 sf, with an open floor plan, cozy living room, wood burning fireplace, dining room, laundry room and two good size bedrooms and one bath. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has a view of the pool with it's own outdoor seating. The second bedroom features two twin beds and overlooks the shade garden. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. A roll away inflatable single bed is available for a 5th person for an additional $75. The kitchen is supplied with most everything you’ll need including mixer, toaster and blender and a full rack of spices as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The reverse osmosis filtered drinking water system feeds the refrigerator and ice maker. The laundry room is fully equipped with a new washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided including pool towels.
The salt water pool, is unfenced and only a few steps from your door, has waterfalls and a Baja bench and is "naturally" heated by the sun for comfortable swimming May through September.
Amazon Fire TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu and Paramount+, wireless charging port, desk and numerous USB ports are available. Several paperback books are also on hand for your use as well as few board games.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Nice guesthouse in Fallbrook

Property was clean and exactly as described. Had everything we needed. It is in a gated area for extra security. The casita is next to the owners house so John and Terry did check in with us when they saw us hanging out in the pool to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was going well. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

By far the best VRBO I’ve stayed in.

This was the first time I stayed at a vrbo and had everything I needed. I didn’t have to go buy oil or spices or pans/utensils to cook with, laundry detergent for the washer, and there was even coffee/sugar/creamer. They literally thought of everything! Other rental owners should take a lesson from Bella Casita. Thank you so much!

Beautiful property, this place was so roomy, modern and had everything you possibly needed. Super clean, plenty of towels, Keurig, pool looked inviting, didn't use, was a little cool out. Close to wineries.

Great hideaway location close to Fallbrook, CA. Well appointed and beautiful view. Owners John and Terry were very accommodating with any issues which were minor. Great place and we would definitely return.

A sweet Oasis to REST and RELAX!

We had an absolutely fabulous time! Such a sweet oasis. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day and by the fire pit at night. John and Terry are amazing hosts, very responsive to questions and so accommodating! We had a sweet time experiencing a few local restaurants at night (live music and good food) and spent time going through Temecula to visit wineries. We definitely recommend this little gem in Fallbrook! Thanks for everything John and Terry!!!

perfect place within 15. min of venue where we were attending a wedding. spotless cottage with all the amenities. super host/ instantly answers your texts. Sure hope we can stay here again. peaceful & comfortable.

Beautiful Landscape

Bella Casita was the perfect place for our weekend. The property and landscape is beautiful and provided a perfect backdrop to sit outside and enjoy the warm sunshine while on a retreat with 3 other friends. The house was spotless and had everything you would need and more. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was updated and decorated so cute. Close to town with lots of restaurants and shopping. We did not go wine tasting but is definitely not far if that’s your plan. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The hosts are on site and were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful caseita

The unit is the best finished vrbo I have ever stayed at. Completely modernized and redone a few months ago it is immaculate and can easily accommodate a family of 4. It came stocked with essentialy unlimited keurig pods, some food, munchies and really made settling in easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, the bathroom with towels etc....The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Only catch is that you cannot walk to much so a car is a must. The pool looked inviting but our weather was too cold to permit use. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection in so many ways!

This property and location is perfect if you are visiting Fallbrook, Temecula, or even the San Diego area. The pastoral views made us think we were in Europe, and every conceivable amenity was provided. Mornings were quiet and beautiful and nighttime by the fire pit offered the perfect atmosphere for unwinding and reliving the highlights of our day. We enjoyed the pool and were able to have family over to spend an afternoon with us enjoying the California sunshine. John and Terry have done an excellent job creating a truly pleasurable experience with this property. We enjoyed talking and visiting with them and getting to know them personally. We will always recommend Bella Casita and a visit with John and Terry to anyone planning a trip in this part of California. We definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area.

Charming Casita

From the moment we walked in the front door we were so impressed with this adorable guest home on this gorgeous gated estate. Everything appeared to be brand new, spotlessly clean and fresh. It is decorated as if it should be featured in a Better Homes & Gardens magazine and was so comfortable. The property managers, John and Terri, anticipated our every need with great attention to detail by providing every possible thing you can imagine from toiletries to kitchen utensils and even pamphlets, maps & info about local activities. Loved floating in the pool with a cocktail while spending quality time with friends. We felt welcome and safe on this quiet and secluded country property yet only five minutes from the 15 freeway. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you John & Terri for your kindness and thoughtfulness. Best experience ever for the reunion of three lifetime friends!
