We had a great time at Heaven's Peak! The best part was that the cabin is a 3-minute drive to the West Glacier entrance. It allowed us to enjoy the park and then have a short drive back after a long day of hiking with our kiddos. In addition, the sauna was a nice way to unwind. In addition, you'll notice that there isn't a TV, which is such a bonus for our trip as we were able to totally unplug for the week. We will totally go back the next time we are going to Glacier!

Trudi was good with communication. However, I would not recommend staying here! The resort felt very much like it was abandoned and run down. We had to get out of our car and unlock gate to get out, condo smelled like sewer, the stove didn’t work, no air conditioning, tv, dishwasher or onsite laundry facilities. For the cost I would expect these amenities. The property grounds were not well kept, weeds everywhere. We had to park down the hill from our unit which was an issue for my 80 year old father. Unit was very hot and stuffy even at night. She provided fans, however, for the cost I would expect to have the ability to have individual temperature control. The unit also had very cheap kitchen utensils. The pictures of lakes on the site are in the park not at this condo. Also, the property sits on a busy highway. Very loud. The only good thing here was the proximity to the park entrance.

Our stay in West Glacier was wonderful. The property was clean and comfortably furnished with ample room for 4 adults Plus, being literally 2 minutes from the west gate, it’s the perfect location to get into the park extra early. Thank you for a great stay- will recommend to friends and family!

The overall experience was good. The unit is clean, well maintained and offers easy access to the park. The bedrooms have plenty of space and the two full baths are very adequate. The kitchen is small but sufficient to cook meals and saves you from eating out every meal. On the negative side there are zero closets. It was 96 degrees the day we arrived and there is no air conditioning. There is a unit on the wall that says cooling and heat but there isn't a vent anywhere. Radiator wall units for heat in the winter months. Not used of course. The unit is right on highway 2. Road noise and the night club down the street were unbearable on Saturday evening. Spot light comes on after dark and shines directly in your face at the sitting area on the lower level which makes sitting outside after dark very unpleasant. There are three rentals all at the same location. The bottom floor, where we were. One on the third floor and another small house around the back of the main building. Wasn't a big deal other than some clunking around upstairs at times. Washer and dryer can be heard running next to the kitchen but are not accessible for the unit. Door says employees only. As noted the proximity to the park is fantastic. You can get up early and beat the rush easily. Traffic was backed up past the unit on a Tuesday after sleeping in and we waited for it to pass. You can enter the park for a late afternoon run to Lake McDonald or anywhere you want to go.

Trudi was a very responsive host. Property was clean and nicely equipped. Comfortable interior space, great for 5 guests. Proximity to the park entrance was very convenient. The property is right on Highway 2 which you could see and hear while outside, but not an issue inside the unit.

Great place

This property was everything we wanted for our trip. It was in close proximity to Glacier, easy to get to, very clean and very comfortable. It was quiet except hearing traffic from the highway. We had a great stay!
