You will be staying in the beautiful Sunny Isles Beach -- Venice of America & Florida's Riviera, right off of Collins Ave also known as Millionaires row!! and right on the beach!!
Enjoy a stylish studio apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This unit offers a private and quiet accommodation for vacationers and business travelers. Full hotel services, in house restaurants, private beach, valet parking, and much more. This unit comes with 2 Tommy Bahama 5 Position Beach Chair and Umbrella for your own use.
There is one time Resort fee for $350 for stay less than 11 nights, $250 for 11 nights stay or more.The Resort fee is extra and covers all the guests, it needs to be paid before check in. Resort Amenities:
Free wifi in unit and all around the resort
Fitness gym, with sauna & steam spa
Free towel service at the pool everyday
Free lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool
Brand new Tiki bar and Grill facing the ocean
Pets are Wellcome, we allow up to 2 pets max weight is 50 LB with a $150 pet fee per pet per trip.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
ou will be staying in the beautiful Sunny Isles Beach -- Venice of America & Florida's Riviera, right off of Collins Ave also known as Millionaires row!! and right on the beach!!. We are only 5 minutes by car from premium shopping - Aventura mall and Bal Harbor shops. You are very close to Oleta River State Park, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and many more. We have restaurants within the hotel including a pizza place. Gift shop on site. Kids park with playground across the street from hotel.
Getting around
There is a city operated free shuttle service running 3 lines 7 days a week and the stop is located directly in front of property with access to Aventura Mall, Downtown Miami, and South Beach. Strategically located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, many shopping complexes within 5 mile radius, 25 min. to Ft. Lauderdale Int’l AirPort, 25 min to Miami Int’l Airport, 20 min. drive to South Beach. (Taxi, Uber, and Lyft available). Boat rental facilities nearby. Bicycle friendly!
