🛎 Guest Check-In

* All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in.

* For arrivals after 10 PM: security will request your reservation confirmation email and provide a temporary parking pass (garage C, spot 353C). If your parking space is unclear, valet service will be required.

* The following day (before 11 AM), all guests must return to the front desk with their temporary pass to complete short-term check-in and receive wristbands and a new parking pass. Wristbands are required for all guests.

🔒 Security Deposit – Important to Know

A security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
1. No wet swimsuit on the couches.
2. Bring your make-up cleaner - permanently stained towels will be billed.
3. Entering the building when wet should only be thru the freight elevator area, not the hallway, to avoid slip hazards.
4. No glass container in the pool area.
5. Kids must wear swim diapers if not potty trained.
6. No garbage should be left in the hallway or any common area of the building. Garbage should be placed inside garbage bags and thrown down the garbage chute (beside elevators). All boxes shall be placed to the left of freight elevator.
7. Dress properly in the building`s common area.
8. No children under 16 permitted in the gym
9. Violation of the rules will result in cancellation without refund, $600 fine, and the cost to repair. Fumigation in Miami is extremely expensive. Pets and cigarette odor removal can cost up to $1500.
