Capture sweeping mountain views from almost every room. Enjoy the gorgeous covered outdoor fireplace, free standing tub, gourmet kitchen, spectacular carriage house or custom outdoor kitchen. The home nestles guests in stylish comfort while maintaining a cozy inviting atmosphere. You can hop in the car and arrive at several area wineries in moments. The Chattahoochee National forest is our backyard. Hike to your heart’s content. Our proximity just a few miles to downtown Dahlonega makes this a perfect location for your amazing stay. We’re in the heart of the wine plateau within 2 minutes of event venues such as KC Bison Ranch, Frogtown and Kaya. The convenient location offers superb quality and room to roam. Enjoy proximity to the venues without venue pricing.

The home is set up with a main house connected to a carriage house by a covered breezeway with fireplace and sitting area. In addition there is a large flagstone patio next to the home with an outdoor kitchen, firepit and seating area.

Cardinal Hill is true luxury! Such a spacious place with magnificent views! Our family had THE very best time enjoying the hills, the alpacas, the fire pit, and the walking trails to their pond. We left feeling very refreshed with hopes to visit again! Tina and Jay thought of every need and are wonderful hosts with utmost hospitality. Thank You Cardinal Hill!

Gorgeous home in a idyllic setting

Cardinal Hill is an absolute gem. The home is very well-appointed in a beautiful setting, complete with friendly alpacas! We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and firepit, the separate entertainment space, lovely kitchen, and stunning sunrises over the mountains. We highly recommend a visit and are grateful to our welcoming hosts for a fantastic Christmas holiday.

Absolutely incredible!!

What an amazing rental!! The attention to detail was just incredible. The guide book we received beforehand was so helpful since there were many people staying and I could easily share info with them. There was nothing I felt the house was missing. The beds were very comfy and everything was spotless. We had a small elopement ceremony on the property and the views were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone had the time of their lives! Tina and Jay, what a wonderful place you guys have cultivated!!

Annual friends wine trip

Our group of friends does an annual wine trip every year. This house has by far been our favorite. The house alone is beautiful! We enjoyed the big kitchen, breeze way with the outdoor fireplace and all the room we had! The location is the BEST part! It is so close to many amazing wineries. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We also had everything we needed and more at the house. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for out future trips!!

Beautiful Wedding Rehearsal/Dinner + Bridal Party Lodging

This mountain home is BEAUTIFUL and the views are GORGEOUS!! All weekend we all kept saying “we want to move in and stay here forever.” We had our wedding rehearsal in the front yard and then hosted dinner throughout the house. We started every morning with warm tea on the front porch and ended every night with s’mores by the fire. The home is decorated so cute and everything looks brand new. The hosts are just as lovely as the home and they’re extremely helpful, too. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!!

Amazing host and property

The hot for this property literally makes you feel like a close friend or family. They were beyond accommodating and just made my daughter’s wedding that much more enjoyable. We got to spend some very relaxing peaceful moments with family that would not have been possible without it.

Langworthy/Michaels Wedding

My son and now Daughter-In-Law got married on May 6th, 2023 by my daughter. We had about 11 to 14 people stay at this BEAUTIFUL Home/VRBO. The house was beautiful and the property and views were amazing. We spent a lot of time outside near the fireplace under the covered porch. Beautiful house with perfect views!!

Clean, beautiful, easy check-in/check-out. We had one little hiccup with the code and Tina handled it immediately. All of our guests raved about how comfy and luxurious the beds/bedding are. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! 10/10!!

A Family Retreat

Our family had a trip planned to Dalonegha and found this brand new listing which was a stones throw away from Kaya and within 5-10 minutes from all the other major wineries. We were blown away by the beauty of the landscape, the interiors, the bedrooms, lighting, architectural features—- hello natural sunlight and views from every single room in the house🙌🏻 There is a main home and then a separate smaller home just across a charming courtyard which features a large outdoor dining table and outdoor living space in front of the coziest fireplace. We had 10 people total and it could have easily slept a few more. We come to the mountains every year and have stayed in a fair share of Air b&b and VBRO rentals but this was the most stunning and comfortable home we have ever rented. It’s fresh, it’s clean, it’s new, it’s visually stunning from every angle. I can imagine family reunions, holidays, engagement weekends, vacations and weddings for many years to come in The Nest. 10/10 ⭐️—- kudos to the hosts for creating this magical experience ✨
