Ski trip

We truly enjoyed the condo. It was in a great location with easy access to the shuttle and town. Small place, but as advertised outside of the bbq grill.

Awesome spot, limited parking and cheap bedframes

The actual unit is fantastic, the location is great. The spot was clean and well kept but the biggest complaint is that the bedframes in the spare bedroom are very cheap and brittle. Additionally we showed up and were informed we only had one parking space and would have to pay for overnight parking each night for our 2nd car. Doesn't make sense for a listing for 6 people.

It’s great to hear that the unit itself and the location were fantastic! But I completely understand how the parking situation and bedframe issues could be frustrating, especially when you're expecting enough space for everyone. The lack of parking for a unit that sleeps six definitely seems like something that should be addressed in the listing. Hopefully, the management will consider updating the furniture and clarifying the parking info for future guests!

Expected more

Bathrooms need updating, tv didn’t work, would upgrade toilet paper, towels, replace non working light bulbs, and fix lamp. Living room and kitchen were nice.

It sounds like there were a few maintenance and comfort issues that could have made the stay even better, like the TV not working and needing some basic updates like light bulbs and better-quality towels and toilet paper. It's great that the living room and kitchen were nice though! It’s definitely frustrating when those smaller details aren’t tended to, especially when you're paying for a quality experience. Hopefully, the property management team addresses these things for future guests. Did the location and overall space still make it a decent place to stay, despite those issues?

Nice place

Nice, clean 2 bedroom. A little tight. Private shuttle was disappointing (1 was out of order on their site & when we did try it took awhile. Walk pretty easy to the base. THe check-in/check out procedure a little painful with out a car as you have to go to their office & grab keys and return them to the office.

Perfect Steamboat stay!

This property was as advertised. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be a great place to rest/recover from a long day on the slopes. Well appointed, rustic modern flare. Furniture was really comfortable. I slept on the queen pullout sofa. Being 42, with back issues, I have to say the foam mattress was really comfortable and I slep great every night. Public transportation made it easy to access the base of the mountain and get home again in the evening. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. One important thing to note, is how well the staff communicated. We had a issue with the master bath toilet. The mailbox guy was there within 30min and by the time we got back home from skiing, the toilet was fixed. Great experience all around!

The proximity was the best part—it was so close to the base, which was super convenient. We loved being able to walk back and forth and to ski at our own schedule and pace, which is really nice with a family that includes 3 teens! We enjoyed the living area and the fireplace was really nice; the kitchen was well-appointed and clean, and the bedroom layout was great. The bathrooms could use some updates—they were definitely not “ luxurious”.! The water temperature in the showers was variable—sometimes scalding hot and sometimes barely warm, the showers were old and drippy, and the shower curtain in master was cheap and kept falling off the rod. Overall, would recommend for the location!!
