There are no pictures of the exterior for a reason
The house has been updated on the interior; kitchen/bath which make the pictures look good. However the beds/mattress, furniture is of lowest quality as was all cooking/eating utensils. The OG wood front door has two cracked panels, large enough for light to come through, and only one key pad, which everyone before you has the code to; security is an issue as there is no additional safety lock. The exterior light at the front door turns on then goes out. The vacant lot next to the house has an abandoned car present the ‘beautiful fenced yard’ was over grown with tall weeds with a makeshift fence. The back door to the outside is a flimsy wood door also with only one lock. The neighborhood is a combination of abandoned vehicles, trash strewn about and a few cared for homes. Because the address is not disclosed until you book, there is no way to get a feel for the area before committing. I called VRBO and expressed my safety concerns, their response was because I could lock the door that did not constitute ‘a safety issue’.
I was in Jacksonville for business purposes , had a 2 week reservation and only stayed at the house one night.
