Single-family house in Mandarin, one of Jacksonville’s best, quietest, safest, and most beautiful neighborhoods. Within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. This house has three bedrooms and one bathroom, a spacious front and back yard, and a carport. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV in the Master Bedroom with Netflix and other apps like YouTube, and fast internet.

I offer a long-term stay discount! I guarantee you an answer within one hour to any questions you may have.

**Important Note:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and must be done outside. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the home.

**Pets:** Pets are allowed on the property (maximum of two pets), but they are not allowed on top of any furniture (not allowed on beds, sofas, etc.). If dog or cat hair is found in the furniture, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

The place was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was pet friendly and access was easy. The air conditioning worked well, but I would like an extra fan only because I'm at the age where my body temperature changes often. Overall great stay an awesome area to stay.

pet friendly, comfortable accomodations. enjoyed the fenced yard throwing tennis balls to dogs. convenient location near highways. 5 minutes to NAS JAX, 5 minutes to 95, 25 minutes to airport. I295 is 2 minutes away. plenty of shops on San Marco with Trader Joes Whole Foods WMart etc

Convenient Home Away from Home

We are remodeling our home in Mandarin and the Mandarin Pearl has been a perfect place for my family to stay. The home is very comfy and the location is great. The owner Richard is great and very responsive.

Mandarin Pearl Getaway

Mandarin Pearl was clean, quiet, well located, and cozy. My husband and I stayed for one week and our host, Richard, answered all our questions quickly. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We would book again!

Home Away From Home

Our current home has been under renovation and the Mandarin Pearl worked out great. The location was in close proximity of our home so we were still able to shop and eat at our favorite places.

Convenient location

We came to Jacksonville to visit relatives and attend the Mandarin Art Festival. This house was close to everything we needed to visit. House met all our needs, including laundry. Groceries and such were nearby, as were restaurants. Umami Japanese Curry is a block away and delicious. El Castillo Taqueira & Bakery is a short drive, and worth it - had the best tacos here.

Madarin

The house was clean and plenty of room for us, the owner was very responsive and polite. Only thing i would recommend would be at least a small fire pit in the back with a few chairs for an added amenity.

Plenty of room for 3. Convenient location on San Jose in Mandarin. Close to NAS Jax, Beach Blvd, Orange Park, and all points south of city. Spent time visiting family. Weather first few days was wet and cool then last days warm and sunny. The break in heat was nice. It was nice doing the flea and farmer markets. Enjoyed the ease of using 295. Would recommend this place if visiting Jax. Pets were comfortable and safe while out doing errands. I think they enjoyed their alone time also. I hear there are plenty of dog friendly places and parks in Jax to explore and will have to check them out.
