Location, location, location! Welcome to your ideal island getaway. Surfing, swimming, white sand beaches, and stunning year-round sunsets are just outside your door. Located on arguably one of the best stretches of beach on the North Shore (nicknamed the "7-mile miracle") with numerous famous surf breaks just a short walk/bike ride away, including Pipeline, Backdoor, Rocky Point, and Sunset Beach! The main home consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, and there is a bonus studio downstairs with an additional full bathroom and kitchenette, all of which has been immaculately renovated and are well equipt with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern kitchen and living room with ocean views, large lanai, outside shower, bbq, and more for maximum comfortability!

In the summertime (when waves tend to be the smallest), snorkel and swim out front or just enjoy your day basking on our gorgeous, white sand beach. During the winter, stay and watch the surfers from the deck, and catch a glimpse of the passing whales! Depending upon the waves, the beach out front and the surrounding area may fluctuate. Conveniently located, Historic Haleiwa Town is a short 7 mile drive, while Turtle Bay Resort and its numerous restaurants and activities (including golfing, horseback riding, helicopter tours, spa services, etc). is only 7 miles in the opposite direction. Other nearby activities include snorkeling/diving, hiking, surf lessons, dive adventures, ziplining, sky diving, ATV tours, etc. Enjoy strolling our bike path, which stretches for 3.5 shady, lush miles and connects a handful of famous beaches, and leads to several local's-favorite food trucks, the ever-popular Ted's Bakery, and Foodland (our local grocery store).

50th birthday vacation

We had eight people all together so we were a little low on supplies, like toilet paper, and there weren't many towels. The screen doors need adjustments, but overall, we had a great time and it was spacious enough for all of us. Thank you for letting us in when we forgot our key. We had a nice stay and that view is epic..

Perfect location in Pupukea

Our group loved this house. The lanai has incredible views of the ocean and it’s just a few steps to get to the beach. It’s also located on a protected path so you can walk down to Foodland / food trucks in about 15 mins for lunch. Hope to come back here again with our group!

Location!

Our family of 6 had a memorable stay. Impossible to improve on the location, just steps from a nice beach. We watched humpback whales and some talented surfers from the Laneii.

We always come back!

This was our second stay here and we absolutely love it! It feels like home to us. You cant get a better location if u are a surfer :) The house is great and we hope to come back next year!

True Vacation!

The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. Having the outdoor shower and hose was nice to clean off sand before going inside. You are truly on the beach with a cool path of plants/trees to go down. About a 15 minute walk north to Pipeline to watch the pro surfers and a 15 minute walk south to Sharks cove to relax in the lagoon if there isn't a big swell. Next to Shark's cove is the supermarket Foodland with amazing poke and grocery options, and about 5 food trucks. We had such an enjoyable time either hanging out and relaxing at the house or walking to the nearby food places. It has been two weeks and I want to go back so badly!! We truly had the perfect time. Also not a long drive to other food trucks, towns and restaurants. Escape the hotel vibe and do this instead :)

New Year Sun!

Breathtaking views right out the back door and just steps to the most amazing north shore beach. All the beach stops and hikes were amazing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the things, we had a lovely time!

Needs some TLC

Our family has been using VRBO for many years and have never left a lower than 5 star review until now. Unfortunately, this is the first, and hopefully the last.To start on a positive note, Sophia, the property manager, is excellent. When we brought up cleanliness concerns, she went above and beyond by personally replacing the shower curtain, providing her own clean towels, and thoroughly cleaning the tub with bleach to address the mold.That said, the property itself is in need of attention. While the photos make it appear wonderful, they seem to be outdated. The couches have stains, the sheets and towels were not as clean as expected, and overall, the property lacks upkeep. It’s worth noting that the house is currently for sale, which may explain the lack of investment in maintenance.While some might argue that properties on the North Shore face challenges due to salt and water exposure, I am currently staying at another VRBO in Maui, right on the ocean, and it is immaculate and well-maintained.If you decide to rent this property, do so for the view—it truly is fantastic. However, don’t expect it to be particularly clean or well-maintained. Additionally, families with young children should be aware that one of the bathrooms is located downstairs on the first floor, requiring you to go outside to access it. This makes the downstairs suite less ideal for young kids.It’s not a terrible property, but I wouldn’t stay here again. But you may find it perfect for you.

Great private getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here on the North Shore. It was private, quiet and serene. The property was clean, with easy check in, accurate pictures/description. The location is perfect for all your needs and the beach is incredible just steps outside of the door. We would definitely return!

The most beautiful beach

The pictures do not do justice for the location of this house. It has the most beautiful beach with very few other people. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It is right next to the bike/walking path if you like to go for a run/walk. It is right in the puddle of the sugar factory and Haleiwa town. We had such an excellent stay and are sad to leave The only thing I would say- if you do not do well with heat, this house does not have air condition (like a lot of Hawaiian homes) and it can get pretty hot. Beautiful stay!

17k is what we paid. Not what we got.

For $17,000 the location is awesome but that’s about it. The screen door came off the tracks every singe time we went outside, no curtains in one of the bedrooms NO AC and it gets hot and muggy. We bought a portable one and asked if the owner wanted to keep it and the PM said “no thanks house is for sale and owner doesn’t want to put any money into it” and we felt that sentiment for sure! Zero shampoo/conditioner or body wash and when I inquired the PM reminded me that this wasn’t a hotel. Then did drop some over the fence for us. There are ants within 5min of cooking anything. The deck is crumbling and all the furniture is rusted and a hazard. If I hadn’t paid what I did I might have been less jaded but the cost and what we got DIDN'T align.

Perfect Location!

For us this was the perfect location on the North Shore. Far enough away for the busy beach traffic road back ups and close enough to walk to the popular beaches like Waimea. Walkable to the popular food trucks, groceries and more. Interior is in great condition, good breeze cooling of the house. Deck furniture is rusted out but still useable. Perfect views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. For us this is the picturesque Hawaiian countryside vacation.

Fantastic!

This was a great rental— ideal location just steps from the beach. We walked to food truck dinners almost every night. We were able to walk to Sunset Beach for a surf competition. We hiked the pillbox from a trailhead half a mile away. We drove into Haleiwa for dinner one night. So wonderful! Bed was comfy and the place stocked with all the basic amenities. We’ll be back!

Christmas Family Vacation

We can’t say enough great things about this property. It was our own little piece of paradise. The house was even better than we expected and the views from the bedroom and deck were amazing. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located. We hope to be back again next year.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a 5 star experience! The property and location exceeded our expectations! Our family of 7 enjoyed wonderful week at the beach. The house is beachfront with a short walkway to the sand and ocean. We snorkeled and boogie boarded and laid out directly in front of the house. The landscaping surrounding the house is beautiful. And the bike path is directly in front of the house. We rented bikes for the week from North Shore bike rental and they delivered and picked up the bikes. They even promptly responded to my text because a bike had a flat tire and immediately brought us a replacement. We biked to Ted’s Bakery, Foodland, the food trucks across from Shark’s Cove. We also biked to Shark’s Cove with our snorkel gear in our baskets. My daughter ran every morning on the bike path. The house comfortably accommodated all seven of us. The three girls slept downstairs in the studio apartment on the double, twin, and trundle bed. The boys slept in the twin beds upstairs, and my husband and I enjoyed the king bed which had a big window looking out to the ocean. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The beds were all very comfortable. The house doesn’t have air conditioning, but the windows all easily open and there are ceiling and standing fans that circulate the air. There was usually a breeze off the ocean and minimal humidity. We loved having the windows open and constantly feeling the outside air. That’s why you go to Hawaii! A must stay!

Great location but lacked amenities

The home is in a wonderful location on a gorgeous beach! The views are breath taking. We loved having the beach so close that we could walk down and take a stroll. We loved sitting on the porch watching surfers, the sunsets and the daily rainbows. The home is located close to all the local north shore hot spots which was why we picked this location. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor shower was an added bonus for washing off the beach before entering the house after a day in the sand. While it was evident there were recent interior updates the exterior of the home was extremely aged. The patio furniture was lack luster with lots of rust and umbrellas didn’t functions well if at all. While the interior was updated there were things that didn’t make sense like fridge only partially opens due to design flaw in cabinetry and the house was so hot that even with the fans on and windows open it didn’t cool off until around midnight. Durning the day the house would get to temperatures of 90 degrees. We even bought 2 more fans to add to the house but they didn’t really even help. I believe if there were curtains on the patio doors it would help with keeping the sun from heating up the living room. Needless to say the heat made the stay miserable at times…Like getting dressed for dinner in the evenings and sleeping at night.

Best location!

Perfect view and wonderful location right on the beach! We snorkeled, sea glassed, sunbathed, read, played games, and flew kites. Visited Waimea waterfalls, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Shark’s Cove, and Ted’s Bakery (more than once!) Property Manager was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!

BEST Beach Vacation ever!

Everything about this home was a 10! The layout worked perfectly for my family. This home is situated directly on the beach, with breathtaking views. The master bedroom has a huge picture window that looks out to the beach, and I got the best sleep I have had in 25 years! The interior is all new, with a great kitchen and open layout. The deck is great for gathering to watch the ocean, surfers, and whales that were breaching offshore. I come to this area every year, and this has been my best experience so far! Working with property management was very easy. They provided specific information about the rental, and the check-in was easy. Can't say enough about this amazing home!
