Be close to the main activities: Restaurants, grocery stores, 3 minutes away. The 2 hospitals: 4-7 mins. Our guests will be close to Downtown Anderson (6 minutes), Clemson University (18 miles), and downtown Greenville (27 miles).
The space
Our 990 sf apartment is peaceful and functional. Our spacious dinning and living room will promote the needed relaxation. Master's bedroom with en-suite four piece bathroom; plus good sized walking closet. The second room has contiguous private four piece bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and private laundry-room.
Guest access
You are in charge of the entire apartment. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms, gas stations; all within a few minutes drive.
Other things to note
Downtown Greenville, a vibrant and beautifully developed city, is only 40 minutes from our apartment. For those that love sports, the home the Clemson's Tigers is only 25 minutes away. If the weather is right, you may want to visit one of the many swimming spots in our vast and diverse Hartwell Lake, just a few minutes drive.
