Situated in a desirable neighborhood behind a secure keypad gate, you'll have peace of mind during your stay. The proximity to downtown Visalia means you're just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
Guest Access:
Centrally located, there is easy access to all main streets in Visalia, Hwy 198, and Hwy 99.
Guests have access to the driveway (for parking), the entire unit, back patio, spa, and pool (shared).
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia, just west of downtown attractions such as restaurants, breweries, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, and farmer's markets. The street is lined with trees which become a beautiful spectacle in the fall, and provide shady street parking all summer long. Minutes from College of the Sequoias, the Convention Center, and Kaweah Health. 20 minutes to the World Ag Expo. 40 minutes to Sequoia National Park!

We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.
