Tempe condo

I would definately recommend this condo for those of you in the area. I was partaking in the Ironman AZ event and found the condo to be ideal for this event in particular! You are very close to the airport if need be, downtown tempe is just blocks away and freeway access is very near. The condo is cute and quaint, dog friendly, quiet, clean.....the property manager is very friendly, available and organized!

University Ranch Condo

This condo was wonderfully furnished, tastefully decorated and very clean. The common areas of the complex are well-maintained, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. However, as with many AZ properties, the pool was not heated, so unusable during cool March weather. The central location makes travel to any part of the metro area very convenient. The host communicated well and checked in via text to see if we had any questions or concerns. As this is not a new unit, there are a couple of minor maintenance issues/upgrades that should be addressed. All in all, this was a pleasant home base for a month of snowbirding.

Destination Family Spring break

Perfect for our active sightseers. Quiet condo complex with nice pool -- very clean. The rooms are not too large, but enough space as we were out mornings & evenings, home for meals and naps. Great value for 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in convenient location to Phoenix hikes & sights. Fantastic tram system-- we hardly needed to rent a car.

Liked everything, almost

Wish the pool was heated but all else was just great. Convenient to ASU, Mesa, Riverview Park, the 101, etc. And, the Property Manager was excellent, which makes a huge difference when renting.

Tempe get away

The condo was clean and provided us with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was central to a lot of local attractions and was very easy to get to from the freeway. We were very happy with our choice to stay there and would definitely recommend the property to others.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

First of all, Alan is a wonderful host and great to check in and very responsive and helpful. Secondly, the location is perfection - close to almost anything you want to do and see here. Thirdly the home is so clean, thoughtfully organized, and roomy. I adored the patio and stayed out there as often as possible as it has just the right amount of sun and shade . The property is incredibly quiet with mostly just the lovely sound of birds. A well-appointed kitchen. Great washer/dryer. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was like a miracle to escape the cold of Colorado this year. Also two covered parking places is a real bonus as well as allowing for pets. WiFi, Netflix, lots of TVs to keep the techy folks happy. We highly recommend it to families and couples and anyone with pets.

Our first time in Arizona

We stayed at this property for a month. It worked out very well for us. It’s very quiet in the unit, and we appreciated that. The unit is pretty well supplied and that was nice as well. We would recommend it.

Winter get away

Very convenient location to ASU Scottsdale and Cubs spring training camp. The property was very nice. The property manager Alan was very helpful and addressed any questions that we had immediately. I would definitely return.

Functional and tidy single-floor , 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout

Convenient location, with 2 covered parking stalls. Well suited for 2 to 4 people to call home for a week of driving to various Phoenix spring training baseball stadiums, golf courses and shopping malls. The community pool and hot tub are a 2-minute walk from this condo.

Great Location -- Everything we needed!

This wonderful condo was everything we wanted & needed! From the onset of booking with the management company to the arrival / departure..... these people are on! The condo is updated, SUPER CLEAN, offers welcome amenities and so much more!! Easy access on & off the 101 which was huge to us! We could not have been happier -- wonderful pool as well - just a little chilly which we expected in March. We would definitely recommend & return to this condo for future visits!! Thank you! Location, functionality terrific

Location is excellent. The condo is very nice & functional. It, and the whole facility ( hot tub, pool etc) are starting to show some age/wear & tear. Landlord is terrific to deal with.

Great place to stay.

Yes we enjoyed our stay and very close to other places we visited. The unit was very clean and well equipped.The pool in not heated and very cold and hot tub very hot. Very close to spring training Baseball and Tempe and Old Scotsdale.

Fantastic!

Stayed for three and a half weeks for Cubs spring training. Great location close to airport, ballpark, restaurants etc. Alan is very responsive to any questions or concerns and was a great landlord. Will return in the future when in Phoenix area.

Great Place and Owner too

My wife and our three boys rented the place for a week and had a fantastic time. It is spacious and appointed excellently. It has large bedrooms and every thing you need. When it says fully furnished, it's an understatement!! There are as many dishes and utensils as you possibly need. There is a little of the old-time cabin culture being practiced as well, where folks who have stayed make use of the spices, coffee, etc and then replenish some things when they depart. There must have been 12 different varieties of coffee and tea!! Just a wonderful place and very CLEAN. It was a pleasure to stay there. It's located really close to ASU, the zoo was an easy drive, as was Scottsdale and Chandler. Mesa is only a few blocks east as well. We wouldn't have anything at all negative to say about the owner or the condo. Made our vacation great.

We loved it!

This was our fifth winter in Phoenix, the first time renting this condo. We really loved it. The location was perfect, close to Tempe Marketplace and to our relatives in Mesa. An extra bonus for us is that just around the corner from the complex is the Escalante Center with a fitness/weight room and a very nice outdoor track to run on. Alan Albert came over when we first arrived to show us how everything worked; normally we have to figure these things out for ourselves. Alan also immediately repaired anything that broke (not much did). We happily recommend this unit to anyone staying in the area.

Clean and good location

I have stayed in many condos in the Phoenix area for spring training and this was one of my best. There were a few minor issues while we were there and Alan came over and got things taken care of right away. Very safe and clean location.

Great Property! Great landlord!

I moved to Phoenix for work and was lucky enough to find this property and the owners on Craigslist. The property was very clean when I arrived and tastefully appointed! There was even a binder with information on where the locals groceries stores are, local restaurants, entertainment, and even a Safeway & Frys card. I can't say enough good things about the property itself. I have lived there for 3 months and I wish I could have been there longer. This was the perfect spot for me and my dog and was close to ASU, Giants Spring training, Tempe Marketplace, and Mill Ave.The landlord and his wife worked with me on everything I needed and were very responsive. I have had a myriad of landlords in the last 5 years, and they were unequivocally the best I have experienced. Tempe Condo for Ironman AZ

This condo provided an excellent location for my stay to participate in Ironman AZ. The location of the condo was only minutes away from Ironman Village and downtown Tempe. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The owner went out of his way to ensure my needs were met during my stay.

FANTASTIC

We had a great time. Condo was beautiful and had all the amenities. All the comforts of home away from home. Location is fabulous as you just get right on the highway just to the right of the driveway out of the neighborhood. But you can't hear highway noise at the house. Anyway, I have nothing bad to say about my stay. It was great.
