This spacious ocean view, 3 BR / 3 BA condo is on the 20th floor of Royale Palms Resort, located next to Hilton. It has been renovated with new flooring, new paint, and new living room furniture. It has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean to be enjoyed from your own private balcony, easily accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors. Spend time and enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something cold or hot; entertain your family and friends, and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' fenced-in private pool area for more secluded relaxation.

For our guests who like to explore, you have walking/hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade -- Home to the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing. There's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Condo was spacious and easy to access. Family loved the short, flat walk to the beach. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The washer died while we were there and they had a replacement in 2 days. Host oversaw installation so we didn't lose any beach time. The area was great for shopping and restaurants. I would recommend staying again.

The Perfect Get Away

From the views to the space, this location did not disappoint! I loved the fact that I didn’t need to scramble for anything. This location comes equipped with all of our family needs from body wash to beach chairs, my emergency shopping list was cut in half. The owners communicated clearly and additional instructions were right on the refrigerator. Highly recommend for an affordable family getaway!

Great experience!

This place was beautiful! We had a great spring break week and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The view was great and the condo was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again...actually tried to book again for bext year and it was alright booked. Will try again for another time in the near future if our schedule allows.

Royal Palms February stay

This was our third stay at the Royal Palms and we enjoy it immensely. The quality of the condo, the immediate communication with the owners and the staff who work there were all exceptional. The location is perfect for beach walking, shopping and all the amenities of the Myrtle Beach area. We are disappointed to find out the condo that we rented the last two years is not available to us for next year..it would be appreciated to have first refusal on it. Hopefully, you will be able to find a similar one in the building for us for next year.

A Wonderful Beach Thanksgiving At The Beach

We booked this room very early in the year and the price was more than reasonable. All the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our clothing and the baths were very clean and all in working condition. The living area has a nice sofa and chairs with a large table for working our family puzzle. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs, and we could all eat and talk very comfortably. The kitchen has all the appliances you need: range, dishwasher (ran daily), microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster. There were frying pans, baking sheets and cooking utensils. The only things we had to purchase was paper towels, toilet paper and food. There were cleaning items there so we could keep the floors swept and carpets cleaned. There is a washroom with a washer and dryer, if needed. I have saved this and will be sure to look at this property when we make plans for 2027.

We loved this beautiful condo and had a fabulous time! I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was so spacious and beautiful! The balcony nice with a lovely ocean view. The sectional inside was so comfy and provided plenty of seating. The bathrooms and bedrooms were super comfortable. Plus, the master had beautiful views. The laundry room was big and provided detergent and softener which was so handy. The kitchen was nice and providing coffee was a bonus.

Great views! Best location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great beach location. Close to shopping and restaurants! The coffee was really good! The beds were comfortable and we really had a chance to relax and unwind. We will be working with B2vacations from now on! We also loved the efficient communication between the rental company. It was nice to know we always had someone to ask questions and get immediate answers! Thank you for making our stay better!

Wonderful Stay

This unit was nicely appointed, with everything needed for a stay at the beach, including easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The balcony provides amazing ocean views and the unit itself was very clean, modern, and spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will return!

We all enjoyed our stay very much; condo was well maintained. Had everything we needed. Everyone was extremely nice at the condo resort. Rooms were on the larger side, so we had plenty of space. 3 full baths were great to have with 5 women. Beautiful views & sunsets from the balcony. Just steps away from the outdoor pool and ocean. Would highly recommend staying here. Just a block or 2 from main road, restaurants. Many attractions within 10 miles of the condo. Great place to stay and looking forward to hopefully going back September of 2024.

Golf outing group.

We loved the place, and privacy. Felt like a home. In middle of everything. Great memories, we've stayed 3yrs in a row, its relaxing coming from all the activities in myrtle, at fast pace, to get to condos, and it all slows down. We cooked too. Plenty of space for everyone. We get back from golf and steaks, To unwind on huge balconies. Great views. The owners were very helpful the whole time. No check in, just grab your key at mailbox is a game changer. Covered parking. Walking areas, good breakfast overlooking beach, before are round. Couldn't be any better to us. Thanks

Condo 20th floor

There is another review that mentions the check-in process. It didn't have to be a challenge and it was on many levels. First if you check in on a weekend you will wait in a line to be able to use an elevator. So you need patience since this condo is not one you'll take the stairs to. The annoying part was no one wants to add an app to their device to get a simple address and check in instructions to get the key to the place. My phone couldn't add it. It was nothing to copy a picture of the instructions and text it to me and really they should be doing that for everyone. The owner also implied I should have received everything and when I said I didn't I didn't need to be made to feel like I'm telling a fib. And clearly I'm not the only person who had the same challenges. The property is actually ON the hilton property so that is where you also enter at Hilton's security entrance. There are three pools on the hilton property with signs everywhere that you cannot use 2 of the pools unless you have a wristband. I spoke to Hilton concierge and the owner to see if we had bands to use or would Hilton sell bands & answer was no. We were able to use all pools. It is a busy place with a bar/food outside, a snack/coffee shop. The beds/baths were clean. Some of the DISHES were not. Pans are nice. Great location for restaurants, groceries etc. View great. Had someone in a wheelchair, not great access to beach for that, main ramp was closed. Stay there just check dishes first.

Family wedding

2 night stay with wife and i and our adults ages 28-31. Really nice view and quiet room/hall. Bery spacious room, comfortable beds. Good access to beach. Pools were Nice and clean and there was life music. The Dack app was not helpful at all and it provided some confusing directions. But the direct communication via email and text made check in anout very easy! Would have liked some more food options near the property and groceries
