Sandy Toes at Bay Watch - Waterfront+heated pool+ AC+ Steps to the beach

A two-minute walk to the beach and steps away from the Bay, Sandy Toes at Bay Watch is perfect for a quiet romantic getaway, a fun family vacation, or a peaceful relaxing winter escape in the sun. Within a 10 minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and the pier on Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom first floor condo has all you need for a fun and relaxing time on peaceful Anna Maria Island.

Two private open lanais offers access to a very spacious 132 sq. ft. of balcony space.
The south balcony is attached to the main bedroom overlooking the pool. The north balcony is attached to the family room with a bay view & partial beach/gulf view.

NO CAR NEEDED! Leave your car in one of the two reserved, covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a convenient free trolley stop right at Gulf Drive.

Included are 4 beach chairs, a beach carry cart, beach/pool towels, beach cooler & plenty of beach and sand toys for the kids.

Do you have a boat! Boats are permitted to be moored and docked at the Bay Watch dock. This is complimentary and at no charge. However, parking/storing boat trailers are not permitted on the property.

This property includes the large, community heated freshwater pool with a shower and restrooms, as well as a private pier/dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. It's a great place to watch the sun rise before heading for the beach!

Walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island exploring sunny beaches, restaurants, watering holes, and musical entertainment. Pharmacies & grocery stores are on the island (Instacart delivery is available from Publix grocery store). Unit is located a leisurely 10 minute walk from the famous Bridge Street shopping/restaurant area which also includes mini golf, ice cream, gourmet donuts and more.

Numerous golf courses, many of which are 5-star, are nearby such as Bradenton Country Club, Timber Creek Golf Course, Manatee County Golf Course, IMG Academy Golf Club, Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Club, and Legacy Golf Club – Lakewood Ranch.

Great place

Little slice of paradise!

We booked a family vacation for a week at this rental. The place met all of our needs and was stocked well. Location was perfect to the gulf side and also got to enjoy the beauty of the bay. It’s situated in the middle of AMI so it’s convenient to get to the north or south end of the island. Lots of restaurants close by and the island trolly picks up on the main strip. The pool was a great amenity if you needed a break from the beach. The place has a few beach accessories for renters to use. We bought two umbrellas and water floaties to add to their collection. Hopefully when we return, we will be able to use them again! :)
Property is set back a few steps from the main strip which makes for a peaceful stay.

Beach access walking distance from the property.
Pool - one of the decks on the property faces the pool. Pool never seemed to be real busy but there is plenty of room to have fun!

Excellent Stay

The Bay Watch was amazing. Excellent located in the middle of the island. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from this location. Very close to Bridge st and other areas of interest. . The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach accessories. Would 100% stay again.

Perfect Getaway

Location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful pool, two balconies with views of the ocean, intercostal and pool. The condo was well equipped and roomy. Comfortable beds, good size kitchen and bright and airy with lots of windows. Would definitely return!

Great stay

The condo is on the second floor so there is a switchback staircase to enter. Covered parking with 2 spaces and guest parking as well, that is a bonus! Condo was clean but needs a deep clean soon. Furniture was "lived" in but was adequate for 4 adults. King bed was firm but comfortable. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom could use an update. Walk to the beach was a straight shot. I am suffering with neuropathy and other issues and I was able to easily walk to the beach. Beach cart. Towels and chairs were provided. Laundry in the unit was great. All kitchenware needs were provided. Owner was exceptionally accomidating when I failed to book the day after my daughters wedding! Walkable to Wicked Cantina. Green Turtle. Gulf Dr. Tiki huts and restaurants. My only complaint was the pool being way too hot. If the heater in the pool has been turned down or off it would have been enjoyable, it was literally hotter than bath water and miserable to be in. The community pool does not reflect on the owners. Enter at the alley between Tortuga and Silver Surf. GPS will take you down a dead end with no entry to the condos. :-) Was a great stay and we will be back!! Thank you!

Wonderful place on Anna Maria!

This property has it all! It is beautifully decorated and has two balconies and is conveniently located across from the beach on the bay within walking distance of downtown Bradenton Beach. The hosts have attended to every detail, including a wonderfully stocked kitchen, very detailed guide book and an assortment of beach supplies, including chairs and an umbrella. What a treat to stay here when we visited AMI last!

Relaxing week in AMI

We really enjoyed our week at Bay Watch Condos in AMI! The heated pool was a huge hit with our daughters... never crowded, warm and clean. The condo was very comfortable and clean when we arrived. The proximity to the bay side and ocean was ideal. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect getaway!

We stayed here for the week of spring break. It was amazing! The location is perfect, you are just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops and Bridge Street. It’s also nice to have the pool. Our place was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

The property is centrally located to bridge street. We have stayed in this complex several times and know some of other guest and an owner the one porch has a view of the bay and gulf. The other deck faces the pool the unit is very clean and well eqipped

Amazing location and condo

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to enjoy our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Condo was spacious and clean. Great communication from hosts. The location was convenient to the free trolley stop, beach access, and several restaurants. Loved the views from front deck and watching the sunrise at the Bay Watch dock. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Great location for beach and restaurants. Pool is nice. One negative is that we shared the place and the cost with another couple. Their bedroom had a balcony and television and we had neither. A simple bedroom tv would really help

Love, loved this place.

My husband and 2 daughters and I just returned from an amazing stay. The condo was great. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night and reading my book. The location was great. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The pool was a perfect temperature and the beach across the street was amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I'd definitely stay again. Relaxing getaway

The condo was great! Close to restaurants and shops and Anna Maria island was so beautiful. We brought our bikes and explored the whole island. Really enjoyed our stay! Dan was very responsive as well. Can’t wait to come back:)
