Welcome to Arizona and the many golf courses in town!! This gorgeous home lets you enjoy the indoor-outdoor living we love so much here. There are two fruit trees in the backyard, orange and lemon... both eatable and delicious, enjoy it!
This beauty is close to everything.
- Desert Ridge: 5 minutes (min)
- Mayo Clinic: 7 min
- Scottsdale/Kierland: 10 min
- TPC golf tournament: 11 min
- WestWorld: 13 min
This home is single level.... no stairs!

Our Stay at 4745 E. Charleston Avenue

My husband, Carl, and I are in Phoenix for medical procedures at Mayo Hospital. Of all the VRBO properties where we have stayed, and over the years there have been many, 4745 E. Charleston is the best. The house can be described as having a great floor plan, nicely furnished, ample storage, many amenities, quiet, clean, and a backyard where comfortable seating is provided beneath a slated overhang offering guests an opportunity for sunshine, fresh air and a pleasant view. Our host, Jess, receives an A+ for communication and responsiveness. She always went above what we expected. Our little dog, Willow, was safely secured in the backyard with a locked gate. Willow loved sunbathing on the putting green. Identifying criticisms are difficult. Having an iron and ironing board would be appreciated. Additionally, I suggest Jess expand the guest book to include instructions about the adjustable computer table. Instructions with photographs were found later in the desk drawer. The guest book could also be modified to include an English version of how to operate lighting in the backyard. Currently, there is a Spanish version only. Also, having a list of conveniently located restaurants and stores such as grocery stores would be helpful. The street is narrow so when the neighbor parks his large truck in line with the driveway it becomes challenging to back out. No one's fault but definitely an inconvenience. These criticisms are minor. We loved our stay and so will you.

Two main reasons. Location and amazing property!!

1. Location... so close to everything North Phoenix/Scottsdale events... 5 min away form the Mayo hospital, 7 min from the TPC tournament, etc.

2: Amazing property:
- This is a single level house - no stairs!! yes
- It has a wonderful inside-outside living flow. The backyard has a generous covered patio. We added the golf putting green in the backyard to make this property feel/look lush!
- Open Concept living: The kitchen and the living room are designed to entertain... watch the game, have a drink... relax
- Poker table in living space 2: why not, lol
- Sleeping: all beds are comfortable, 2 pillows per bed...
- Other: 2 car garage
