Good location in village of Duval

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa was very nice. Golf cart was excellent. Location was good. Internet/TV was a total disaster. Tv shows, sporting events etc suffered from constant buffering and freezing up. That is the only negative I have to say but, it was a deal breaker for us for future rental at this villa.

The right choice !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there the whole month of May.The villa was the right choice for us because it is right in the middle of the Villages between Sumter and Brownwood and the next pool is just around the corner !!The house was almost perfect, just the coffee machine was broken and the faucet of the kitchen sink was wobbling...The Golf Cart was a big plus but it needs new tires and maintenance !Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the villa as well as the property management company !
