* This is our primary residence but once booked, the house is exclusively for guests. Both rooms upstairs are available, and both bathrooms (up & down stairs) are available.

Room in the first floor is not available for guests. Also the house comes with two outdoor cats who are ours.‼️ NOTE: These are outdoor cats, please don’t allow them inside the house. Thank you

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home. We will charge a $500 for smoke/weed odor removal fee if smoking or vaping inside the home.
Quiet hours are 8:30pm-7:00am Unauthorized parties/gatherings are not allowed (100% strict). Fail to comply with this will result in a $500 fee.
Do not take what doesn’t belong to you. If we find out anymore than 4 are staying without prior notice, we wull charge $200 per person per night.

Clean and just where we needed

Passing thru on the way home and stopped to visit family. This was the right location for where we needed. House was clean and perfect for a short visit

We had a great weekend experience. The property was quiet and very peaceful. All the rooms in the house were extremely clean and inviting. Communication with the host was awesome - she always answered any messages quickly. We will be staying here again whenever possible.

Quiet, clean and cozy!

This place was exactly what my wife & I needed. We were in town for my god-daughters baby shower and needed somewhere that had a kitchen.This place was perfect. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It was very comfortable and clean. The area is quiet and the host was very accommodating!

Home run

We were allowed to stay a short time so I could bring my Granddaughter home. It was very close to a great restaurant that had a 5 star rating. It was perfect for what we needed.

Kitchen had everything we needed, frig accommodated amount of groceries we had for our stay. Here for a wedding so just at house morning and late afternoons.

House carport was dirty and needed at least to be blown off. House has what I assumed is a bedroom on the ground level but it was locked so not sure it is a bedroom. Since there is no other closet/drawer space on first floor we had to keep everything on kitchen table, which is the only eating area in the house. The refrigerator and freezer was adequate but was about 90 percent filled with personal food and condiments. The downstairs bathroom is not easily accessible or provided with safety products for older people. We did not go upstairs since the steps are steep and hard for carrying luggage up and down the stairs. There were no instructions for using the tv, thermostat, or general information about the area. We paid for two nights stay but elected to forfeit our second nightstay.
