This was a genuinely excellent experience and the property was not only spotlessly clean and like new but supplied with everything possible for the entire month. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the location was the best on the entire island, a brief walk to some of the best restaurants and entertainment anywhere. We recommend it 100% in every category.

Great spot right on Duval!

Excellent location with all the amenities you could want. Eddy was extremely responsive and very helpful for the few questions we had for him. Definitely recommend this spot!

Eddie's place is truly one of the best appointed places that I have ever stayed at - and I have been doing short term rentals for over a decade. Super well supplied. Every step of the interaction was professional. Fantastic place. Right on Duval and no street noise. In a quiet little complex with no partiers. Gated parking! You can walk to nearly everything. I stayed for 2 months and only used the car for the occasional grocery run. Great wifi. Wonderful beds. Honestly Eddie has thought of everything. Thumbs up!

Beautiful

This condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Close to everything. The owner was very communitive with any questions we had. Will definitely rent again next time we are in the area.

Highly recommend the condo and the host! The host was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. We had two minor issues arise that were beyond the host’s ability change but he made sure we got what we needed and that we were happy while there. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need or want. Also the items were of very decent quality. There has been a great deal of thought and effort put into making this a more than comfortable stay for guests.

Delighted to be on Duval

I regret having missed this jewel of a condo after spending time at other sites in Old Town. This place is great. 15 steps to the pool. Great overview of Duval St for parades and people watching. Premium protected garage parking is a huge plus. Location,location,location!!!! We'll be back.
