A shared pool with plenty of chaise lounges is 45 feet away, adjacent to a large, covered picnic pavilion. A dedicated parking space is located under the building. This two-story town home is on the second floor, nestled above popular restaurants and delightful shops, and is accessible via a secured stairway or elevator either from the garage or entrances outside of the building. If you have additional vehicles you will have to find street parking, as parking in the exterior lot is strictly for Duval Square Mall patrons per the HOA. If you choose to rent mopeds or electric carts, please be sure they all fit in your parking space in the garage. There are bicycle parking racks both inside the garage and outside of the building.
