Fun location. Clean property. Just a couple hiccups.

I liked this unit. The code given to us to for the unit door didn't work, but emailing the problem as instructed we got resolved fairly quickly. It was an unusually warm weekend in Pittsburgh and the AC was not working. Property manager was very responsive and offered a few options after trying to trouble shoot remote for a half day. We opted to stay in the unit and he brought us a couple fans to help keep us comfortable. This unit would be great for a young couple who want to enjoy the nightlife of Butler street. After some rain a spot on the ceiling above the TV started to drip but did not negatively impact our stay. I would definitely stay at one of the units managed by Chad and his team.

Thanks for staying with us. Unfortunately you were there on the first warm day of the year, and our AC unit had seized in the winter. We replaced it and it's now working like a champ! Our locks use a highly secure Dack system; the lock decoupled from the system, but we've since rectified that issue. We also fixed the small roof leak. Our building was completely remodeled less than 5 months ago, and these were all growing pains of a new building. We're proactive and we always take care of our guests, in the rare instance these types of issues occur. Hope you make it back to town sometime!
