This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.
There is no A/C, there is a ceiling fan/fans in every room.

Lauren our host was amazing! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was cozy and exactly what we were looking for. My adult children and parents stayed with us and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We were there to watch my youngest son graduate for Marine training. The front patio area was perfect for our barbecue after the graduation. We will definitely book a stay at the house again when visiting San Diego.

Beautiful cottage! I come to SD almost once a month and I have to say this is one of the nicest.. cleanest accommodating property I have stayed at. We had 8 guests and had plenty of towels/beach towels for the 3 days we stayed! Very spacious as well! Host was friendly and very responsive. This property was one house away from the beach and since I stayed in the back room I was able to sleep with the door open as it has a security door! Was able to hear the ocean alll night!! Will def be staying again!!

Beautiful home, with a straight shot to the beach. It was clean and easy access and view of the beach. Plus provided beach gear. The home was clean and comfortable. Only complaint, is parking. Parking is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Spent over 30mins driving around looking for parking, only to find a parking garage clear down the beach and had to pay 120 for overnight. Highly recommend if you do find close parking, Ubering wherever if you plan on leaving the vicinity. Other than parking though, its a great place with an amazing view and quick access to the beach. The owner is so sweet and easy to communicate with and gets back to you quickly! Definitely recommend a stay here

Perfect spot for our 2 families of 8, can’t beat the location and the house has everything you might need. Teenagers loved the proximity to the beach and riding the scooters on the boardwalk! Game night was a hit too! Great stay overall, thank you

Great location!

Very clean, great spot, cute little house. The parking did turn out to be an issue though. Looks to me like original garage was converted to extra bedroom. We didn't need the bedroom but we sure needed the parking. Was happy to see extras there like beach toys and umbrellas. Everything else was great and easy!

This beach house exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The home is bright, spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable trip. The location is unbeatable—literally one house away from the sand—which gave us the perfect blend of beach access and a bit of privacy. Parking was easy to manage, which is rare in beach towns. We were just a short, scenic walk from local favorites like Kono’s (best spot to get breakfast), so many great ice cream shops, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.One of the highlights of our trip was hosting a birthday dinner on the porch. As the sun set, the whole atmosphere became even more magical. My family will never forget this! What really blew us away, though, was the owner’s hospitality. After we accidentally left our electric bikes outside and they were stolen, the owner went above and beyond—even after we had already checked out—to help us recover them when a local spotted them. That kind of kindness and effort is rare and something we’ll never forget.A quick note for future guests: definitely use the side gate or bring in anything valuable at night just to be safe.Truly, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to come back! We really are grateful for an amazing trip!

Beach Getaway

This cute beach cottage was just steps from the beach! It was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! I was able to find parking within the neighborhood. My teens enjoyed the boogie boards provided on property. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Great beach location

Home was in a great location for beach access and had everything you needed to have a fun beach time. There is also a Ralfs grocery store close enough to walk or bike to for groceries which was nice. Bike and board rentals in walking distance for 10 all day. Highly recomend the PB Alehouse for eating out. Overall a nice stay. Property was clean but dated and parking is a nightmare. Also, beware of sleeping with the doors and windows open. There is no ac so we slept with them open and were woken up numerous times by homeless people diging in the trash outside the master bedroom. Also cars haul a**down the alley and set off car alarms. So watch little ones around the alleyway. Property manager was lovely and overall had a great vacay. Thanks!

A 1 minute walk to the beach. This place was perfect. Incredibly spacious, 4 bedrooms, all the beds were great. The water was hot and ocean breeze divine. Loved it here! Thank you Lauren - my family loved it here.

Amazing home in one of the best beach areas in San Diego

Stayed here 4 nights. We’re from the area but wanted to stay in a home close to the beach. Found this beautiful home and booked. Host was great and check in was a breeze. Home was nice inside and has a typical older beach home vibe on the outside. Home was fully furnished with comfortable beds. Fridge has condiments and plenty of cooking ware and dishes. Nice sitting area out Front with a great view and nice breeze. Home was clean and fresh! Host was great in showing available parking and tips in the area. Amazing location, clean

The location was incredible, the host very responsive and helpful. The house is cute, but the walls are paper thin, and the interior definitely appears to be a quick flip for rental purposes. But if a cute beach shack immediately on the ocean is your thing, this is the ideal house.
