Cozy beach house just one house off from beach and boardwalk

This cozy 4 bedroom 1 bath beach house is just a few steps away from Mission Beach and Boardwalk. Beautiful beach view from the front yard. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more.
1st bedroom queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom full over full bunk bed and 4th bedroom cal king.
This cozy house has everything you could need. High chair and pack-n-play.
This house does not have parking. There are 2 parking spots in the alley directly next to the house that are open to the public. There is more alley public parking further south and north of house. I will be happy to share my parking tricks for the house.
We have plenty of sand toys, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, folding table and chairs.
There is no A/C, there is a ceiling fan/fans in every room.

Lauren was a great host ! She had great tips for parking. We spent so much time out on the patio enjoying the ocean views and enjoying the general ambiance. The resturant's were a close walk along with a market. we had a great stay!

The location was amazing, the house is so close to the beach and easily walkable to everything in PB. There was also tonsss of beach gear (coolers, bougie boards, etc.) and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand!

We loved this property! The proximity to the beach and the area of the neighborhood was so perfect for our group. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and places to hang out, as well as steps away from the beach. Loved it!

Overall it was really good. The only thing I would say about it is the parking spot for your vehicle. This rental property does not have a parking spot for your car, that sucks. I had to look for 45 minutes to find me parking spot for vehicle. The host was very responsive. Bed rooms and living room as well as kitchen was super clean.

Our stay and our host were amazing! Our family and pups enjoyed every minute of it! Super clean and full of sweet intentional extras, like sunscreen and board games and plenty of beach chairs for the whole family! Nice to have hot water for the shower both inside and out!! 5 stars, will stay again!! Thank you!!

It was a fantastic property for our book club getaway. Literally one house away from the beach and boardwalk. It was so clean, we grilled dinners, sat on the patio all day and of course the beach. The beds were so comfortable and there was everything you could possibly think of. Huge thank you to Lauren! You were a fantastic host! Oh! If you drive down and park- turn your mirrors in!

Perfect spot for our 2 families of 8, can’t beat the location and the house has everything you might need. Teenagers loved the proximity to the beach and riding the scooters on the boardwalk! Game night was a hit too! Great stay overall, thank you
