Vermont getaway. Located in pretty Timber Hawk Development, this is a private location with incredible mountain/valley, and potentially river views.
Wooded lot close to area skiing at Pico or Killington. The property is on scenic and located off vermont 100.
Biking Tubing, lots of outdoor activities, all within a short distance. 4BR/2.5BA, living room has a stone
fireplace and the large family room boasts a wood stove for cozy nights with family or friends.
Expansive wrap-around deck.
7500 per month for seasonal rental, includes plowing but not electric/propane heat
The property is on a mountain road that is plowed by an association. You are required to have vermont winter driving experience and have a 4x4 with chains to access property in the winter.
