Yes I enjoyed the stay and liked how it was so close to everything also you were very communicative I do apologize for the smoke sensor kept going off but it all fell in place when they did the cleaning once again thank you for having me and being understanding with me. And I will book again when I do come back one day!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I would advise that you do have to park on the side of the road there is not driveway parking and it is a small road. There also needs to be a weather strip at the back door as ants were heavy at the crack of the door and outback. The host was pleasantly helpful would book again.

Nice older neighborhood!

Great location for our crew that was working downtown Atlanta. Older neighborhood with a great family atmosphere. Host was 5 star!

First of all the floor and showers were dirty. One shower was not usable bc it was filled with hair. The host is insanely rude. There were no towels so we had to go purchase them. There was a plugin beside the couch that accidentally came unplugged when someone sat on the couch and the host said he was going to charge us 750. We went all around the house to try to find what he could be talking about that had come unplugged only to find it poking out from the side of the couch hanging out of the outlet. We don't even know what it was or why he would charge us 750 for it accidentally coming halfway unplugged. That was honestly sketchy. After her threatened that charge we were pretty sketched out and wanted to document everything. So we took video and picture of everything. At some point a bag of towels came to the front porch but we did not use them bc we had already purchased towels and didn't trust the host not to charge us.There were no extra pillows and no extra blankets. Someone's plane ticket from a month ago was left on the bedside table, so there's no way the place was cleaned.I've stayed in many places through VRBO and never have I been threatened by a host with a charge for something coming unplugged. Do not stay in this place

We appreciate feedback always however as you can see in most cases it’s the guest that break house rules that complain. First this guest was aware of the smoking fee as it outline in our house rules absolutely no smoking inside of the home or it’s a $750 fee. These rules are share in the listing as well as 3 days prior to your arrival The guest and their accompanying guests were smoking inside of the unit and then lied unplugged all of the smoke detectors and in the home, broke the fireplace cover, break the fan and then had blood and fluids left on the sofa and throughou in the home. Some guests are hard to manage and when they lie it makes it even harder for the host to support them. We have been doing this for 8 years and have hosted over 22k guests in that time. I strongly believe that true guests who understand short term rental properties know that some people are just difficult to manage and complain to try and hurt the host and their business. We are God fearing company and we trust he will guide the way here. We appreciate any feedback when it’s accurate but in this case it’s just a flat lie by the guest. We treat all of our guests like family and our reviews reflect that. We look forward to hosting you all.

The host was very nice however the property reeked of pet urine when I arrived. They graciously sent out someone to clean but the stench permeated throughout the house. It put a damper on my entire trip

Birthday weekend

We enjoyed our stay and the host was lovely. The home is located in a quite neighborhood not too far from downtown. Just a heads up there’s about 15 steps before you get to the front door so brace yourself for a mini workout lol

Cute house

This is a cute house just out of town but only minutes away from Mercedes Benz stadium. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails and concerns. The only concern I would have would be if you had someone with mobility issues. There are steps to get into the house that are a little steep. If we come back to Alantia GA will definitely stay here again.

Could’ve been better?

The place looked way better in the pictures, when I first walked in felt like I walked straight in a desert it was so hot inside but the host did what he can to make my stay well rounded and I appreciate that, however with the fans it was still hot , no toilet paper at all, and smelled of old pipes maybe busted?

Atlanta didn’t disappoint!

The inside of the house is super cute! Good lighting & open floor plan is spacious & plenty of room for large family. My only suggestion would be to get a larger couch/more seating in the living room. With a 4 bedroom home & you have more than 3 people, the couch is really small & the spare chairs aren’t very comfortable for lounging. The floors were pretty sticky but appeared clean. We enjoyed the fenced in back patio, especially for our dog! Being a small lot, some landscaping/yard clean up wouldn’t be much work but highly suggested. We kept the broom in the kitchen to sweep out leaves & debris when coming in & out. A cordless sweeper vacuum would be ideal for the hard floors throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & enjoyed the convenience of restaurants & close to the city. Host Kantroy was easy to communicate with (even though we never got out bottle of wine😉sorry you were sick Host Kantroy!) when we come back to Atlanta, we will definitely check out this property again!
