Summary:

Welcome to the West side Lodge. This amazing property is well suited for larger groups with 6 bedrooms, and ample space for the whole crew. Our house on Buena Vista is just a few minutes from the freeway interchange, 10 - 15 minutes to most all locations in Columbus, and is a great spot for a group to have a house where they all stay together. This house is designed to have larger common spaces for the group to gather, but also have some great sized bedrooms and separate space to have in each room. Large back yard! This home is well suited for handicapped guests, it has a wheel chair ramp. and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor.



The Space:

This is a rental for full exclusive access to our 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,894 sq. ft. home, and large (1/4 acre) yard and surrounding property.



The main level of our home has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, living / dinning room, and entry / office room. Our kitchen has plenty of space for multiple people to be cooking at once. Your group will love our living room with a dinning table that can seat up to 14 people! This is an open room to our living room with mounted Smart TV. Off the living room is a separate laundry room, as well as a bedroom. This bedroom has a mounted TV. One other bedroom on the main level, and both have new queen beds with memory foam mattresses. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor, with bathtub and new shower. The entry room has a desk set up with a picture window view, the perfect spot to get some work done.



Upstairs you will find a total of 4 bedrooms, and another full bathroom! The largest room has its own kitchenette with sink and cabinets, as well as mounted TV. 2 other rooms are large and have a queen bed. The smallest room has a twin bed. All beds are brand new with memory foam mattresses.



We have lots of parking!! Our driveway allows covered parking for 1, and space for 1 more behind. Then our side driveway allows for parking for up for 4 more cars. Great for large trucks!



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to our house, yard, and property.



The Neighborhood:

Our quaint neighborhood is full of great people, and families. Our area is called Lincoln Village, and we are just a few blocks from an established hospital in our area. Our neighbors range from blue collar to white collar, hard-working families, and are the kind of people that we are proud to share a community with. We love that we can walk to a few restaurants and shops, but also we are just a short drive to Columbus and all it has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
