The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen outdoor with BBQ, smart TV, heated spa so you can enjoy the eternal summer of Florida, beautiful gardening in the patio this home was designed with its own unique style and atmosphere for unforgettable vacations.

Guests have access to the entire house, only the use of the garage part is limited, which is used to store some things, all other areas, Garden, hot tub, bbq, each space is for your enjoyment.

Keyless Self-check-in allows our guests to enter anytime after their reservation starts time. A minimum two-night stay

There were 5 adults , we only stayed 2 nights but it was a nice and clean place. I think it is a newer listing , suggested some instructions or guide for places to go etcetera.

Nice Hollywood location!

This is a very nice, convenient location in Hollywood, FL. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing and sleeping at night, we felt very safe. Plenty of Uber options just minutes away if you’re not driving when going out. We picked this location because of Hollywood beach, a night at the Hard Rock Casino, a day on South Beach and the Hard Rock Stadium for a football game. This location was perfect for all of those and Victor was a great host!

Cool and spacious house, great location, but not so clean

The owners were kind enough to let us check-in early, and the house was really spacious and decorated for a fun and chill time. The floors, couch, and chaise lounge could use deep cleaning, and the hot-tub was working but far too dirty for us to get in. Overall, our stay was enjoyable in a cool house in a great location close to the beach. Thanks!

Disaster

The first thing we noticed was the stains on the rugs and couches. But that was a minor issue compared to the water in the second bathroom constantly running in the toilet. The management didn't fix the toilet until the fourth day, and we had both toilets not working when we came home one night. With three children needing to use the bathroom, it was certainly a problem. The master bathroom was unusable the entire six day stay. When we would flush the master bedroom toilet, soot came out of the shower stall and smelled the entire trip we were there. The dishwasher was broken. The front door step was not finished, and there is a big gap in it. NETFLIX and Disney Plus were advertised on the VRBO website, and both were not working. Then the ping pong table had no paddles, balls or net and the pool table had no chalk or talcum powder for the hands. There was a sanitation smell on the outside of the property - maybe it was from the standing water in the detention pond directly adjacent to the east side of the property. The house has NO heating system, but unfortunately it got in the 50s three days in a row and we needed a source of heat. Management brought us new space heaters; however, the heaters kept on blowing the circuits. We live near Chicago and traveled a long way for a "dream" vacation, and the home was a real problem for us.

Très beau séjour

Cette maison est dans un environnement calme et sécuritaire. La cour extérieure bien aménagé avec une belle végétation, un spa, BBQ, un aménagement pour manger dehors . Prendre son café le matin dehors était magnifique avec le bruit des oiseaux . Les photos représentes bien l intérieur et l extérieur . Nous avons eu un problème technique avec une salle de bain . J ai fait appel avec le responsable qui a agi très rapidement . Je recommande cette demeure . J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Josee
