Quaint 2 level cottage with large 335 SF bedroom on 1st floor with full bathroom with washer dryer, with large 330 SF combined open concept living room/kitchen/breakfast bar with single bed sleeping loft, cathedral ceiling and skylight. Nature views. Parking right at your front door. Easy access to both I-95 (7 mins) and Merit Parkway (3-5 mins). Quiet residential neighborhood with lots of privacy, quiet streets to walk or run, and 5 minutes to town with easy access to many restaurants and nightlife. Train station on commuter line to NYC only 5-7 minutes. Compo Beach 10 minutes. New YMCA (Exercise equipment, pool, pickle ball w/ equipment provided, sauna, steam room) with guest day passes available for use only 3-5 mins away. Property available for monthly, or 6 month or longer rental at substantially reduced rates. Please inquire even though dates are not made available on VRBO.

I grew up starting at age 1 at this home and property, and my 89 year old father still lives there during spring - fall in the primary house on the property. This detached cottage is private and separate from the primary residence at the property. From December - March the entire property is reserved for cottage guests.
