Double D Sedona- w/ Large Hot Tub!

Do Sedona right- get those colorful red rock vibes in this groovy 2150 sf home. Beautifully remodeled & decorated home with upscale finishes. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are generously sized, one with the king bed and the other with two queen beds. There is additional sleeping on a fold down futon in the king bedroom , chaise lounge in the double queen bedroom, and large couch in the living room. Please note that there will be an extra charge for additional guests over 4.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the Trex deck with a couch, lounger, outdoor fireplace, and grill. Bonus- a charming gazebo with views of Thunder Mountain and a new 8 person HOT TUB! This location provides a rare combination of serenity & easy access (even walkable) to 3 groceries stores, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, trailheads, and only 2 miles from the airport. Also close to the famous Oak Creek Canyon, Cathedral Rock and the spectacular Sunset Point.

Can't leave your fur baby behind? Bring them with you- we love dogs!
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $50 per dog per night($200 minimum) and an additional deposit of $200 per dog per stay. All pets MUST be pre-approved and pet fees pre-paid.

The house was immaculate and the hot tub inviting. We saw many life-firsts of birds. We spent every morning on the deck with coffee, our bird book and the Merlin app for bird sounds. A few mule deer also graced us with a walk down the street and we watched a hot air balloon lift off the horizon at dawn. Plenty of restaurants really close and Bashas market was good too. Only one thing I would add are grab bars in the bathrooms. Great time!

My wife and I were just away for a few days in Sedona to have some wine, great food, and gorgeous views. This place was great, very functional, kitchen was well stocked as we made breakfast during our stay. House was clean, Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Nice big private hot tub was a plus!

Beautiful & spacious house

The house was very clean, roomy and the kitchen well-stocked! Very quiet, even saw some javelinas stroll through nearby. The hot tub was a definite plus!

A Groovy Stay

Great centrally located property in Sedona close to many restaurants, hiking trails, and fun things to do. The Property is very clean and has 70s esque decor. The check-in was flawless and the property had everything my husband and I needed.

Great place, great location

Wonderful home - great decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, private hot tub, fantastic location - who could ask for more? We spent the days hiking and were tired in the evening, but don't miss the starry skies! (Bonus - we saw a javelina family right outside the front door.)

Don’t pass this up!

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years, and this is by far one of our favorites! The house is meticulously decorated and very clean with all of “fixings” for a thoughtful stay. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for hiking and restaurants, down the street from Whole Foods, if you choose to use the kitchen with cooking amenities and spices. The host is easy to communicate with if anything is needed. We will definitely choose to stay here, if our path takes us to Sedona again!

Perfect Home

This home is perfect. Well equipped kitchen, fun decor and great location. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking or just walking around town. Quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Sedona Wow!

I've been to many vacation homes, and this is probably my favorite! Check in was very smooth, the house is very clean and roomy, and beds and furnishings are super comfy! Our favorite part was the fun, groovy rainbow / disco vibe. Want to dress up and take pics? This house even has fun accessories for that! In addition, it's walking distance to Posse Grounds Park, and close to the best hikes in Sedona. The hot tub is indeed large and private. I fell in love with Sedona all over again. Don't pass this one up!
