Awesome place for our vaca stay!
This house was the perfect amount of space for all of us. Everything was clean and ready to go when we walked in. The other guests also enjoyed their stay. A couple of words of critique, that I would give; 1. We had a couple of lights that went out throughout the house. We notified the host who said that they would try and get someone to come and look at them (this was memorial day weekend, so I do understand some delay) but nobody ever showed up to look at them. As slightly annoying as it was, it is a very minor complaint. 2. The host did list that trash pick up was on Friday, but unless we were up at 630 to put out trash (which was not going to be happening while on vacation), it wasn't out in time to be picked up. It would have been nice to have a note on the welcome letter stating "make sure to put out the trash Thursday night, as the trash pick up is very early on Friday mornings".
However, these are VERY MINOR problems, that would NOT keep me from staying here again.
We VERY much enjoyed our stay! We loved the convenience of a Walmart very close to the house. I would recommend this property, and the neighborhood, to anyone visiting in the area. I also recommend getting the extra added incidentals protection. I wasn't sure we would need it, but I was grateful that we had decided to get it!
Also, the reason for the 4 stars for the "accuracy of online listing" is only because the pictures on VRBO didn't quite give justice as to how AWESOME this house and the stay was!
