Remodeled and close walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay and area was quite and relaxing. We walked to beach and unit was remodeled.

Beautiful condo

Condo was just as listed and very clean. Great location near beach entrance and food options. Gas station right next door. Would stay again and no issues at all.

First Visit to the Emerald Coast

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to explore the area. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I loved sitting on the patio, watching birds, making the short walk to the beach, eating the local cuisine, and spotting marine life! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience

We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Everything about the condo was as advertised and photographed. Kitchen was fully stocked with all equipment needed to cook. The condo renovation must have been done recently - everything was clean and smelled good. The location was very convenient for walks, beaches, bike riding, grocery stores. It was very quiet - even during the day. Will bring our tennis rackets next time. This was perfect for 2 people!

The old saying goes 'if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life', and that is why I became a Florida real estate agent and, more recently, a real estate broker. The entire condo is tiled, with beautiful Pottery Barn furnishings throughout the unit! The living room offers comfy coastal decor with a 60" flat screen Vizio Smart TV, DVD and cable. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite counter tops. A quaint dining area boasts a table that seats 4. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and large closet, and the bathroom sits just next to the bedroom with a full tub and shower combo with elegant new tile and plenty of space. The best feature of this unit is the private balcony that overlooks the lush tropical landscaping of Beachwood Villas. Enjoy a cup of coffee under the fans on the comfy patio furniture along with the Gulf breeze. Beachwood Villas is just across the street from the beach and has a dedicated walkover for all Beachwood Villas guests. Bike riding is favored recreation along 30A. Book Beachwood Villas 9-H for your next family beach vacation and start making some Beachside Memories!
