*The space*

In this brand-new apartment, there is a bedroom with a 55" Smart TV, a king-size bed, a work desk, and a full private bathroom with a "rain" shower and two sinks.
In the living room, there is a second 55" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa that turns into a full bed for two more guests to sleep comfortably, two armchairs, a dining table with four seats, a second full bathroom, and an electric washer-dryer for light loads.
The balcony has two outdoor chairs and a table to enjoy the breeze from the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchen is finished in granite and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a filter coffee maker, and all the cooking basics.

*** This apartment connects to a studio with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and an equipped kitchenette to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for up to 6 guests. Ask for more information.

*Guest access*

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

*Other things to note*

*There is a cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If your stay is less than seven nights and you would like a cleaning service, it can be scheduled for an additional cost.

*This apartment does NOT have a parking space but you can rent one for $150 pesos per night upon arrival (subject to availability).

*Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow for our guests in the condo.
