Long check in

Rooms in the hotel are great, very large and somewhat clean. It took us about 40 mins to check in, and there was issues with payments. We had 2 rooms and 2 different payment cards on file to pay, but they also wanted to charge me because it wasn’t my payment cards on file. Eventually that was fixed. Had sent a question to the host about the check in and didn’t get a response until well after the check in process. Hotels general area had no ac so was extremely hot and smelly because of it. Pool was dirty and hot tub was green and filthy. Definitely not able to use it if it was even working(no signs). Was disappointed in this location in general. Just glad we had the large rooms and ac worked in them. Would not stay there again.
