Cozy rental in a great location!

Great stay, communication was excellent, all the basic amenities needed. Conveniently located right by the beach as well. Everything was top notch!

Check in was a simple key code, host communicated ahead of time. Very comfortable space; bed, a/c, basic kitchen stuff (fridge, Keurig, microwave, picnic plates/utensils). Great stay!

Great stay!

The place is exactly a one mile walk to the oceanfront, straight shot to the beach! I didn’t need a vehicle for this stay because everything is so close.

Outstanding! The place was super clean and had everything we needed and more. An extra blanket would have been nice but we just turned up the heater. It was perfect for us.

Lovely stay

Although I was surprised by the jets overhead (my fault for not looking at the map) I still was well rested for my beach stay. Thank you for the coffee!

Thanks so much for the kind words and for being a great guest! We’re glad you enjoyed your beach trip and the coffee setup. As for the jets—yep, that’s part of the Virginia Beach experience! Since this is a big Navy town, the sound of freedom flies over the entire oceanfront, not just our place. Most locals and visitors get used to it pretty quick, but if you're vacationing anywhere near the beach here, the jets are part of the package. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Stay was very enjoyable. It was close enough to the beach that we could walk which made it nice. Quiet neighbors. Did not enjoy the jets !!!!!!!!

A great place to hang for a few days!

This was such a great location. Beach, grocery and restaurants close by!! We loved the doggy trail near by so we could walk our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe walking even at night around there. The place was cozy and comfortable and Joey took great care of all the details so you feel at home away from home. Definitely check this placeOut!! Worth the stay!

wonderful place to stay!

My partner and I stayed at Joey’s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.

Short stay, very comfortable bed!!

Short stay, very nice place. Perfect stop for a break in driving. No time for sightseeing this time but will definitely consider staying here again. Everything as described, very comfortable bed!! Great use of space!
