If you're looking for a fully furnished, completely refinished place to stay, don't pass this place up...It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Cuyahoga Falls, which is a neighboring suburb of Akron. It's minutes from the highway, which will get you to downtown akron in less than 10 minutes, Blossom Music Theatre in under 15 min, and Downtown Cleveland within 30 minutes. Plenty of driveway parking, with a large fenced in backyard and a covered sitting area outside. It has 2 Smart TV's, and a fast internet for streaming movies on whatever accounts you'd like to log in to. The 2 queen beds, comfortably sleep 4, and the twin size sleeping cot can sleep an additional guest. In the basement it has a clean, open space for laundry with a newer washer and dryer. This property is pet friendly for small to medium size dogs or cats. The House Hotels manages over 50 properties in the area and we look forward to providing a quality comfortable space for your travels!

Clean decent area modern appliances

I was definitely pleased with the stay. The area was decent. The cost was exceptional. It was next-door to a little pizzeria/pub. The parking was under surveillance.- and I was impressed with the modern appliances and electronics. It’s clear the place was renovated in recent years.. the only drawback I would say is the rear door to the unit seemed more like an interior door, although it had a key code entry they had disabled the main back door. I wasn’t aware it was a duplex until I booked it but that was not an issue. It was a very comfortable place to stay and pet friendly so that was a plus ! If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again. :)read the co

Perfect bungalow

I came for a multi night business trip and this place was perfect. No noise, great size, close to a nice grocery and within 15 minutes of everything I was doing. Easy parking, too.

Will stay again

Great location for Cuyahoga Valley trail and Hike and Bike Trail. 15-20 min away. Tim’s pizzeria ( we got chicken wings) and Jubilee are a must. House was very clean. Good off street parking. Only issue was corresponding with host. Needed washer in dryer. Room was locked 3 phone calls ( 2 dif #’s) and several messages . No one responded. 1 hr before departure ( we were there 3 nights) we received a call with entry #. Too late, had to move onto next destination and find laundromat there. Assuming this is not a common problem, we will stay there again. thelaundrycodes

Very clean and updated. Newer appliances. Everything you would need in a kitchen, except food, of course. Close to Blossom Music Center, Stan Hywet, Akron Rubber Ducks, Metro Parks. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place

Nice and clean! Everything as described. A little too much street noise with motorcycles but that may be because it was the first real nice weather to ride. Kitchen and living areas worked well. Great value!

Good Stay, lots to do in the area.

Good, clean property in convenient location. Good kitchen, living room and comfortable beds. One bathroom is fairly small, but it worked okay for us. Mirrors and clothes hangers would be nice in the bedrooms. The coffee drinkers in our group suggests a new coffee maker. Comfy couch and chair, with cute little table for breakfast and game playing. There were no ‘check out’ instructions so we just did typical things: bagged trash, started dishwasher and put towels in a pile. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Moving back to Akron

Great little duplex ! Clean and updated- fully equipped kitchen and laundry in basement- very impressive- short walk to Tim’s Pub and pizza. We recommend staying here if you need a place close to the Akron area.-
