The scenery is sure to amaze, as you look out down the valley from the soaring windows and private deck. The patio and deck provide exceptional viewing for wildlife during all seasons. The outdoor areas include furniture, a professional-grade Viking gas grill, and a hot tub. Whether you are grilling burgers and dogs like BBQ royalty or soaking in the hot tub enjoying the crystal-clear night sky, this amazing home will create lasting memories for years to come.

Back inside, you and your guests will delight in the 'Top Chef' kitchen, which includes a large granite island, professional state-of-the-art appliances, a wine fridge, two sinks, and two dishwashers. This mountain chalet with a professionally designed interior includes top-of-the-line furnishings throughout. The master bedroom is on the main floor and furnished with a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have an active exterior security camera located at the side and back cameras. These record videos and monitor the exterior perimeters only. The front door ring camera is disconnected. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
